Since we are all pretty much on lock down here in Denver, Colorado, I thought it would be fun to take some time to give you a tour of my home and shop since we moved here last year. Can you tell us more about your video system you use? Also, I wanna know the story about your friend birdman.
Yes, sir. I have a Samsung TV, mounted on the wall with a wall mount from Amazon. We use Apple TV for all of our streaming needs, when we aren't using that archaic DVD player. I also have a Samsung sound bar (still need to mount under the TV) which comes with a bluetooth subwoofer that is next to the couch. I forgot to mention that in the vid. ... Bird man is an old friend that I met on assignment working for Green Peace in '99.

Sometimes there are situations that we must change homes, but with optimism we can improve the places where we live and make them more pleasant. A suggestion those garage windows look bad in that place, there are many and better solutions that better meet the quality and operation of the environments, I hope you take it well and enjoy this new place, Greetings.

What career were you in before real estate? I’ve switched careers three times and still “thinking”....Lots of moves! You should do a video on how to downsize and how to prioritize what to take 😂 I have over 5000 sq ft of stuff I need to do something with. So nice to minimize and be mobile.
I was in consulting and organizational leadership! And yes, downsizing is the BEST. I would recommend facebook marketplace and craigslist to sell your stuff!
