I'm able to pair and the blinking speed on the hc05 is slowed but when I'm pressing on the led is not activating also the led is working.

Try to change bluetooth name and password by A T commands, and also check the bound rate of your hc 05 bt module..set it perfectly to communicate with your Arduino bord..

Restart the device, check the bluetooth setting. Check the wire connect it’s in a right pin or not
