It comes to me that Nod-Krai is like the Enkanomiya of Snezhnaya. Instead of starting from the main city of a nation, we will be starting from like an annex or something.
@@KelumKey Nope, the 3 moon sisters aren't the Shades cuz they have different lore from Teyvalt. The Shades came from Primordial One the Heavenly Principles who is set in Teyvalt. While the story of moon sisters happened on the moon and related to the Selies.
This is a mini-event where a photographer from Nod-Krai commissions the Duo to help her with getting combat data for four world bosses with a theme of ancient constructs or titan entities in Natlan and Fontaine. Throughout the four sections you get bits of lore on Nod-Krai such as the Moon Sisters, ancient civilization, a bit on Helka's "mentor" Katya, and updates on the current situation on Nod-Krai where Dottore and Regrator likely are there overseeing development on Project Stuzha. This is much like that previous mini-event with the Sumeri who wanted to make friends with giant beasts creatures after returning from Natlan and interacting with Saurian buddies. There he gives lore regarding Natlan and also a tale of a man who was cursed for shooting the sun. With what we know of Natlan and how before the Night Kingdom and the ley lines were restored, those native to Natlan who leave will lose all memory of their homeland. This lands further credence to Bennett having Natlan origins but doesn't know about it because his ancestors who had likely left Natlan thinking that will free them from the curse lead them to lose all memory of it let alone their place of birth and much to their dismay their curse followed them.
@@ElizabethCherryBlossom what they're trying to say is that the teased "chef girl" is supposedly Fontainian (her name is undisclosed as of right now), which, if true, would disqualify her from being Katya (a Snazhnayan character). It's mostly based on the fact she'll be released before the next region, and so far we have only gotten a single instance of a character being released before their nation - but who knows, hoyo could do it again for all we know Also yes, Katya is definitely more russian than french, however there are still people named Katya in France, and perhaps more importantly, not all Fontainians have super accurate french names anyway lol

What I don't get is where Nod-Krai would fit, before 6.0 or after 6.0? Because Snezhnaya's chapter is still "Part VI" right after Natlan, I think Nod Krai might be part of the part V chapters.

People assumed that means 5.x, but it's no longer possible since we still need TWO natlan expansions in 5.5-5.8 only.

I already hate Nod-Krai, even before it's released. Because i wished we could experience the main part of Snezhnaya right away, not be introduced through some knock-off piece of land that sorta has a different culture... I'm most excited for Snezhnaya OST, and i wanted to hear how it would be in the main part before going to something like Nod-Krai. For years i just had this scene in my mind how we arrive sort of like in Inazuma (because it's an island), and now it's ruined i guess, since we're going into some intermediate location without jumping in it right away. I think i have a theory of what they're doing now, but it means Snezhnaya is going to be bigger than Sumeru after all: Nod-Krai = Eastern Europe (which is quite ironic, because it's west of "western europe" in the game) Snezhnaya above Fontaine = European Russia (the main city is going to be there) Snezhnaya above Mondstadt = Asian Russia (this place will have the coldest climate)

Honestly, I think this game would've been more interesting if the Archon system didn't exist. Them doing the 7 nations and 7 Archons wrote themselves into a corner.
