Just one additional piece of info......700 Eur/month is calculated when it comes from someone else's account or ATM cash deposit. Own account transfer (interbank or intra-bank) is not considered as eligible for 700 Eur entry.
How does it concern with blocked account? Any idea? Since 861€ will be transferred to our bank, will i have to pay monthly charges?
Can I send 700 Eur to my friend and then she sends it back to me? Does it count as 700 Eur income for both of us?

what if you have two accounts: one Commerzbank and one N26. Then you sent money between those accounts 700e. Would it work haha. I guess not, but sounds like it could be a workaround

Hey man, from 1.july.21 commerzbank is going to charge 5 EUR a month, i got the letter from them somedays back. Can you advice on other options similar to the commerzbank girokonto
The current Commerz Bank account which will be charged 5 € from July 1 is Vorteilskonto (will be renamed as Plus vorteilskonto) and not this basic Girokonto. Customers have a choice of changing their Vorteilskonto to the basic Girokonto which is kostenlos with a minimum inflow of 700€ to avoid maintenance charge of 5€.
Is commerz bank is HSBC connected?
I have this Commerze bank account. And I did get my 50€ after three months. But after 8 months I got a letter that they will be charging me around 5 euros on monthly basis🧐. I have to clarify this with the bank now.
Does cash withdrawal of more than 25€ also count towards a transaction as part of minimum 5 transaction to be eligible for the 50€ offer?

Also the custody charge (negative interest rate penalty) of 0.5% above 50,000 would be charged. The limit has been changed from 100,000 to 50,000 for new customers!
