If you want to apply for Payback AMEX card, your safest bet would be to have at least 98.5% or more. My granddad got recently approved for it, but he has nearly perfect Schufa, like 100%

The EU government passed a legislation that explicitly prohibits banks to charge you any fees for any transfers within SEPA. There still are some banks that violate this requirement, but it is illegal, and if your bank charges you anything for a DE to LU transaction, you can report it, and this bank will get in a serious legal trouble, and you will get compensated

I recently applied for a Gebührenfrei CC and it does say in their letter that 1.49% monthly (effectively 19.44% p.a) will be charged for any cash withdrawals (cash withdrawals, transfers, cryptocurrency purchases). Do you guys have any more info on it now? Are the charges only in case of non repayment within the time period or is it regardlessly charged for every withdrawal? Thank you :)
