The building next to you is one of entrances into Komsomolskaya subway station. The word Универмаг means department store or a not very big mall, so Универмаг Московский is a mall named after Moscow. I don't really like this place in Moscow, one of my least favorite because there are 3 railway stations on one square and all sort of people come (not always pleasant )and go somewhere from there. And if you can meet homeless people somewhere in Moscow, it is definitely there. 😢
