I've had one for thirty years. It looks as good now as it did when I first got it! I'm disabled, and my youngest daughter has claimed it. Fortunately, it was long on me - she's three inches taller.

I've ordered from Gentle Herd several times and my orders did take a while to come in. About 3.5 to 5 weeks at times. But I DID receive them. And they were EXACTLY what I ordered from the site.

They all look so good but the grey one is amazing and I loved the second camel one. They all look great thought. I live in Greece so probably won't need a very heavy wool composition coat, but it's been getting colder every year! 🤷🤷

Woah are you sure the #14 zara one is all polyester? I just found one secondhand after seeing how good yours looks, and it's 75% wool! It's got a Manteco label right? The lining is 100% polyester though

(btw for the 1st coat, you are supposed to take that thread off. It's meant to keep the belt in place ONLY for show (x styling) purposes in the store. The same way some pockets or back slits on wool coats are lightly sewn together to keep them in place before being bought.)

Never again will I order from GENTLE HERD. First coat took 2 and a half months, second took 2 months to arrive!! I thought it would be Spring by the time I got them and I wouldn’t need either! Customer service was pitiful. Products were acceptable but overpriced IMO!
