Making methi and cream of corn lagan - another quick and delicious way to use methi I planted

I planted a batch of methi a couple weeks back and it was ready to harvest. I decided to make a quick and easy methi lagan using the methi as well as spinach I had growing as well and a can of cream of corn.
Ingredients
equivalent of 3 bunches methi, cleaned and washed
handful of spinach herbs
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup milk
1 onion, diced fine
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp hurdee (tumeric)
1 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp sugar
3 green chillies
1 can (415g) cream style sweet corn
1/2 cup semolina
2 tbs gram flour
sprinkle of sesame seeds
Serve after resting for 15mins with a nice cup of tea - Навчання та стиль

Hello Sweet Mama 🙏Fenugreek leaves and seeds are considered a very good home remedy for many health issues.This is something very new and interesting to me. I shall definitely try it! It is a very nice baked, savoury snack for parties and picnics. But the name is very strange because lagan means appropriate time, I think the word lagan is derived from Sanskrit language means mahurat (specific time).Your cake looks like it has a great texture as well as so much flavour from the herbs.I have tasted something like this many years ago and glad to have found this. Thank you Sweet Mama🙏 .

I think substituting each egg for a 1/4 cup yoghurt will work for this recipe. May need additional flour or chana flour as well.
