I suspect that the stock ecm would be unable to control that modified motor unless actually reprogrammed. Perhaps a Holley terminator system with the compatible harness to plug in to the original harness should be in order, or a similar system.
Ya previous guy took out the ms3 pro that’s why I had to wait for factory ecu. Factory would work just be limited. I have a pro efi system laying around so I’ll prob throw that in
