Relax to the sounds of a bonfire on the ocean shore (4K)

I went to the shore when the evening was about to start. I thought that find a place in nature to relax and refresh myself is absolutely necessary, and the next thought was about setting the fire to do a meditation near by and to cook my dinner. So I set the fire right on the beach in a safe place, and I sat down near the fire looking at it burn and cooking a vegetable soup. The things in my life doesn't goes the way I wish them to and I will find my calmness with it by thinking about it I will make my own decicions and I will be brave to look my demons in the eye and understand they are not real. I will keep going, simply live life and trying to be a better person, one step at the time.
