Whenever I hear the cows bawling, I wonder how long it would take me to get used to that sound. When I was 19, I got hired to work in a nursing home straight from my first year of college. In those days we were trained on the job. It took me about a week to stop hearing the ding-ding-ding of the call lights when I went home.
Cole and Brian nice corral improvements this year! Your cement work showcases your ArrowQuip equipment look fantastic. Love your new Brock bins, shiny tractor shield and cattle handling skills. Sonne Farms rocks the farm YT farming channels and nice linking with other channels.
The ceramic coating sure made a difference on the new tractor, Cole. Tiny dog has to churn his short legs to keep up with the cows, so darned cute. Love the progress on your new bin.
You Cole & your Dad work so... good together... Sending Hugs & Prayers that Tiffany is feel good... So excited to see you as a Daddy Cole... GBY ALL 🙏❤️💙💖💙🐕🐕...💙🤗✝️
Your cattle look beautiful. That Sonny fits right in.. definitely a cattle wrangler. Sending best wishes for a bountiful harvest. Thank you again for a great video!
We saw Brian on the podcast. It is interesting to hear of your farm's history. Also, the ceramic coating sure makes the new tractor shine. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for another great video Cole. It was most interesting and enjoyable to watch. Sonny looks like he is kind of trying to herd the cows. Seems like that is something they just get used to being around the herd. Would be helpful to you if he turned out to be able to help herd the cows. Like that basket you have on the four wheeler for him. He rides real good on the four wheeler. Good dog there. Your new Brock bin looks real nice and believe you said you were ready for the electrical people to come next to hook up the power. Nice to have it ready for fall harvest. Nice look grain bin. Your new area you built for treating your cows is really nice with the concrete base and that cow mat were they exit the chute. Very nice setup you have now. Probably one of the best I have seen. You and your dad are excellent herdsmen and take great care of your herd. Soon be busy with harvest duties. Believe you said you have some hay down to bail soon. About it I guess. Thanks for everything. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
Looks like the work and money that went into reworking your chute system was well worth it. The first thing I noticed was how well the cows came out of the chute onto that rubber mat.
It was neat to see Sonny getting the idea of herding cattle. Soon he will be even a bigger help. I can only imagine how well that fixed corral worked for you. Looks like you could get two groups through very quickly. Very efficient.
What better way to start a cool rainy Saturday in Alabama, Adventures of Sonne Farm. You guys do a great job taking care of cattle and everything else on the farm. Always a pleasure to watch you & Dad in action.
I bought an orange slappy last year at Christmas time for my husband cuz he love your channel esp Cole. I use it every night to get my chickens in their coop. We have lots of coyotes raccoons fishercats fox and mink around here. The slappy works like a charm. They see me pick it and they stumble over themselves to get inside. We have never touch them with it!
Thank you so much ! I wished people can see the two different ways to work cattle. A good way the bad way. Good temperament versus bad temperament people. You would appreciate this so much more. Good equipment is a bonus. Safe weekend God bless
I used to do service work on forklifts at a local methanol plant and they had nothing but Brock grain bins. Like 12 of the biggest sizes made. It was all networked together so you could transfer grain from one to another or to the processing facility. The local Farm Bureau CoOp also has Brock bins about the same size as yours. They must have something going for them if they're that popular!
Really nice, fancy looking calves guys! !'m always amazed at how much work just the two of you get done. Never rushing. Just steady and efficient. That new cattle handling system helps too. Really well planned out.... Go tiny dog! I love that little guy! You Sonne's all stay safe out there!
Just listened to the Pod Cast you were on Brian, loved it. Also I live about 1.5 hours away from Niagara Falls, you picked a good time to go and make sure you go to the Canadian side and watch the light show of both falls, it’s worth it. Also your band selection was perfect, can’t beat Van Halen even at 65.
Here in the panhandle of Florida during the summer, starting in early spring, I add powered garlic to my mineral at the rate of 1 cup to 50 lbs of mineral, and it has been a work saver and moneysaver. Flies are GREATLY reduced, and cattle actually enjoy it. May help you guys.
Arrowquip thought of everything, including being able to open the side gates to get in there for shots & such! Great equipment! That mat coming out of the shoot is great for the cattles safety, as you stated in earlier blog. Always enjoy your posts, reminds me when o was a kid & we'd get a new potbelly in, hearing the cattle bawlin. Keep up the great work Sonne Farms!
Nice the cows seamed to cooperate in the moves this time. The new bin looks great, who's Tiff been feeling as of last, hope Jeff is doing well. Say HI to Brian!!
Hi good morning to all three of you guys from Indiana and sunny going to be a great asset to you guys for handling cattle which is definitely great with you guys
I love Sonny trying to be a "big dog" now by herding the cattle with you. There is sure a lot of loud mooing, sounds like the boys and girls were not happy today.
Your buddy Spencer did a bang up job clear coating the tractor. Polishing and buffing is not easy work but the tractor looks like it just came out of the showroom. Mud doesn't have a chance with added water repelant finish. I hope to watch the show ten years from now if U tube's still around and the same tractor all polished up and outlasting the herd of cows.
I noticed when the girls exited the chute the pad seemed like it made it easier on their legs I would have liked to have seen the weight on some of the larger bull calfs I'm guessing a busy day with more than enough chores planned have the time As usual another great vidio
Your cattle look in great shape, glad you have a lot of pasture left! We sell hay here in Ohio and we are in a drought situation. Of course you know about that!
May seem odd, but I can tell difference between my neighbors cows bawling and mine at night. Of course they’re much different as he has Angus and mine are Longhorn (only have a few).
Hey Cole, great job today. Thanks for the update on the cattle and the new bin. Looks like it’s gonna be pretty awesome. Question for you. Are you still using that automatic fly dope applicator in one of your pastures? Haven’t seen it in a while didn’t know if you were still using it or if it was working for you thanks.
Well I see that to be cattle workers you have to be nimble and quick just like “little dog”!😂. You can be really proud of your corralling set up, looks good!
My son Calvin loves watching sonne farms and the cows. He watches everyday he is almost 2
Congrats Cole and Tiff on the impending new generation of Sonne's in Jan !

GBY ALL 🙏❤️💙💖💙🐕🐕...💙🤗✝️
That concrete pour around the ArrowQuip panels sure seems to make it easier when working the cattle. That tire pad is another great idea.
Cole and Brian love watching you two work together as a team farming and racing cows. Miss Brian doing song of the day.
Nice job on the cattle, we have some to do ourselves. Man, that tractor sure did shine up, good job by Spencer and Mad Garage. Have a great weekend!
The whole herd seems to be very vocal today! MOO❤❤❤
Thanks for another great video Cole. It was most interesting and enjoyable to watch.

Thanks, Brian caught your interview on After Hours Ag. Great banter and appreciated learning some family history. Great legacy to enjoy and pass on.

Thanks for buying a Indiana made bin! My friends have been hauling steel for Brock for 60 years! I to have hauled many coils into Brock.
Sweet!

LOVE THE CATTLE FACILITIES WON’T BE LONG. BRIAN WILL HAVE HIS OWN SALE BARN. THE GUYS IN MITCHELL WILL HAVE TO LOOK OUT. Thanks SONNES
Sonne Farms Rocks !!!!
I love seeing those shiny trackers 🎉😊
The cows are questioning the new guy's authority, and he went straight to middle management to back him up. Biggest little working dog in the Dakotas.
Awesome claves 😊 great video 👍Aloha from Hawaii 😎🤙🏽🌴
I didn’t know a 4 Wheeler could run that fast…Lol Great Videos
I love Sonny trying to be a "big dog" now by herding the cattle with you. There is sure a lot of loud mooing, sounds like the boys and girls were not happy today.

Little Sonne getting a little big for his britches 😊
Hey Cole, great job today. Thanks for the update on the cattle and the new bin. Looks like it’s gonna be pretty awesome. Question for you. Thanks for the video !
Sure thing!
Bentley (bent ear) 'Tiny Dog' needs some googles for riding on the front of the 4wheeler.
Corral improvements seem to be working good.
Good content is hard to make.
Thanks for sharing, Cole.
Oh oh there he is what a proud moment. Hallelujah
Did the rectangle feedlot shade take to flight. I didn't see it in when you were moving cattle. The square shaped one looked to be holding uo great.
Great video good to see ya
Enjoyed.
Little dog is fast!
Well I see that to be cattle workers you have to be nimble and quick just like “little dog”!😂. You can be really proud of your corralling set up, looks good!
