15:56 I meditate everyday for a minimum of an hour I bless each one of my 8 energy centers, it's not easy to start with, but I discipline myself I tell myself if I'm going to be the Healer of all ages I must and i will do this everyday without fail, I healed myself from mental abuse, physical abuse, toxic abuse, rape, homelessness, trauma in childhood and adulthood, ptsd, gambling addictions, drink addiction, drug addictions, both prescribed and illegal, I healed this'll on my own, now I'm seeing my miracles come to life, it's my mission and my desire to heal everyone those who want to be healed that's my focus 24/7 this Is my gold to see no more suffering in childhood, teenagers and adults this is what unites my body mind and spirit, this is what I get up each day for to heal all ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ 21:13
