I love how cute yet surreal this game is. Both in art and puzzles. "I can be legs" made me laugh harder than needed! It makes me happy how Mr.Coo makes friends on his wacky adventure

I LOVEE your game choices Quin, I always learn about some new insane obscure game I've never heard of it's FanTASTIC really. And I love love LOVE the style and animation of the game, and putting this character in realistic settings, it's giving I Spy book vibes yknow? And Mr Coo is SO cool, I love when people can create such an iconic identifiable expressive character with such a simple design, it really inspires me as a character designer OUUH 😭💖 Watching you play this strange yet silly game was truly the highlight of my day, your commentary was MADE for a game like this HAHAHA !!! Thank you Quin as always for your unbridled enthusiasm

This video was great! And I have a really good puzzle game suggestion: Chants of Sennaar! I just beat this game today and really enjoyed it. It's a game about translating languages, and doing other assorted puzzles related to those languages. And the art style is just gorgeous. Hope you have a great day :)

the way you mix these unknown or much more unlikely small picks into the stream of other stuff like nintendo games and whatever has me watching through your entire backlog today after being recommended a tears of the kingdom video. so many streamers and youtubers will only ever highlight new, popular games or games that were historically popular but that never gives me any new studios to fall in love with or games to obsess over and want to try to out for myself! this game is incredible to watch and i imagine must’ve been such a joy to play and your commentary style always keeps it interesting. so glad to have found your channel

I feel like I saw things other people didn't, like how the apple was "the apple of his eye", in that guy's dream we were "grinding his gears", and that eyeball lady was "all looks" I haven't watched the rest of the vid yet, and I hope there's more little metaphor easter eggs
ahhh point and click game gives me pajama sam vibes but this one is even sillier and more fun. i like that there’s no words too it makes you focus more on the lil animations and all the small details. so fun!!!
Hey quin I've got a game recommendation for you! Its called epic mickey! Its an old (2009) Disney game on the wii and its soooo good, i think you'd enjoy because it has fun gameplay and lots of funny moment potential. It's a dark cartoon game kinda like bendy and the ink machine, just a bit more family friendly and it has amazing choose-your-own-path mechanics. And if you enjoy it, the sequel is available on the wii u and xbox 360 and i think PS3 but the sequel isn't as good, I'd still recommend both of them though!
The animation in this is so unique. It has such an old timey cartoon vibe.

In case you ever want to play even more of that, you could try The Inner World (very cute funny wholesome game), Fran Bow (which has the craziest story, it's very long and heavy horror though) or Little Misfortune (same studio as Fran Bow, but shorter and calmer, with less horror)
Quin, there is a hilarious game I know and it is called goat simulator 3. You play a bit, and you will instantly laugh

I'd love to recommend you the new dragon quest monsters game...but theres some quirks about it.
Its basically dragon quest meets pokemon which is good
But i do not recommend trying to 100% it, because so much of the game requires grinding or luck in order to properly fuse the monsters to make the best ones. Sure its easier with the dlc, but not that much easier

Hey quin! If you wanna play another 2d zelda title since minish cap, I reccomend A Link Between Worlds on the DS. Its a pretty dag underrated game, its kind of a soft reboot of link to the past (Which you never finished i just noticed lol) But its not just an exact clone. You should take a look at it maybe

I feel like gaming is a perfect example of the weird situation some mediums of expression find themselves in. Like, when you have a priceless painting or a tapestry that someone made, its often unique, irreplicable and 100% art. You can't mass produce them and sell them (at least you cant do it well). Music is different because it can be performed, cinema is different because it is meant to be seen.
Gaming is weird because out of all the different mediums of art, it is one of the closest to also being, in itself, a product. Its to the point where its both independantly too. Articulating it is hard. point is, even if video games share elements and themes, you can almost always tell what was made to be art and what was made to be product, and in games that are both, you can feel the conflict between two purposes.

@@QuinBoBin I think you would be! Its quite good at teaching you how to make assumptions, and you dont have to complete every entry to beat the game! It makes you feel super smart as well, very good sound design

This is just a random thought that popped into my head. I was playing a game recently, remember Later Alligator? That detective alligator game, well, did you ever finish, like on your own time? Because, if not, you should. I got back into after a year of not playing and it was great.
