With it being a 10mo old video it is likely too late, but this is probably the worse engine on the planet to rev when it is cold or start ride off straight away. It should idle on the center stand at modest to low throttle to get the oil circulating. The last thing to get oil is the left cylinder exhaust valve. This is why the cams are nearly always burned up. Cams are really expensive if you can find them and there are less and less places welding them up and regrinding them.
