And I think people exagerate in discribing motherhood (or other situations) because it will make them like heros ( I am not saying it's not a hard thing to do, but every thing in life is hard, but at least with motherhood there are soooo many positive sides and happyness that makes it worth).

You are right about skin care.. emollients are very important. The only other effective anti-ageing is retin A products and AHA/BHA’s; however they need to be prescription strength to have any effect.
