may or may not have to reinstall the artifacts if that doesnt work youll need to visit nodejs.org/en/download/package-manager and install node.js via searching cmd and running command prompt and using the lines of command in the linked site.

make sure youre on your home network if you are on a vps or something else you need to presws f8 and type connect (yourIP) then hit enter

yes but youll need to provide then with your IP address. You'll also need to port forward the server so your friends with be able to connect.
