Good to see iRangeX have listened to the customers and improved the product. I had one of the earlier ones and had to do some work to get it right, but I’ve had no complaints since. It’s fine for quads, but it feels weird to use with planes for some reason. Thanks for posting the update.
Now this is something I can get behind, they actually put out an effort to fix it.
Thank You, I have been looking at a new transmitter and ran into this review, I have decided to pickup this transmitter, I have 4 right now, and I did want to down seize to 1 or 2, I fly fixed wing.

I want to do a battery upgrade to lipo but I don't know how to do that.
For example I don't know which battery use .
Finally got mine. (V2). In this video the fixes are there however, my dsmx protocol is 3 meter range. It was only 1 meter until I added an external 5dbi antenna. Just drops out of the sky. The frsky protocol seems to work fine. The only other thing I noticed is my aileron left "clicks" very annoying. It's sad as I wanted so much for this to work well.
Can you be specific about the "external 5dbi antenna" you mention, please? Thanks.
Hello, in this new version (V2), when the batteries are below 5V you can not turn off using the on / off button, solution only removing the batteries.

What is the best autonomous flight controller today? is pixhawk outdated?
See my flight controller comparison video from last summer. If you want autonomous GPS flying then you're really looking at the Pixhawk, Pixhawk 2.1, Vector, or an iNav powered traditional flight controller.
