IHHP - Halls Creek - Higher Attendance

IHHP artists Kaylah Tyson, Tina Demelo, Jerome Farah and Tim Hillier visited Halls Creek, to work alongside the Wunan’s Remote School Attendance Strategy team to create this deadly song about the importance of going to school.
'Higher Attendance' is about getting to school on time, no shame in making the mistakes to learn from them, also that we have to learn both ways - modern and traditional. Knowledge is power, and these young artists from Halls Creek who sing about it in their song, have a big future. Thanks to Uncle Trevor for his inspirational words in the song. And big thanks to Lyn and all the RSAS crew for their support during our week in Halls Creek.
