The real problem is that they are sending updates of our computer programmes online. In previous years, you were allowed to accept or postpone, now they are doing this automatically without asking for your permission (in Europe). Then WHO is creating the problem???

I received an email from Jase today telling me they website was down because of IT connection issues and they're still open and running.
Not sure what they expected of people outside of calling them directly with orders.
People need to just stay home and stop traveling
