Building A V16 Muscle Car!! Automation - BeamNG

- Today I took a look at classic muscle cars. I think the engines they had were just too small. 12.5L is much more acceptable no? Is 680HP enough?

Title: Building A V16 Muscle Car!! Automation - BeamNG
Happy Saturday!! Hope your all doing amazing!
I will be testing the rally cars later today. So uhhh. Make sure to watch!
Day 1 of asking for volkswagen baja beetle remake
I saw you were using a mod for body cutouts when you made the exhaust. What mod is that? I've been looking for one like it, but I can't find one anywhere
That mod is Negatape!
Here is a link for it :)
steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1868372326
how were you able to get a v16?
Uhh, it’s most American cause you put 2 V8’s together
Wouldnt that be a W16?
@@undoritohaladas Long-block or wide-block? Two banks or two twin banks? Are we talking what would probably end up being called a V2-VR8 or a normal V16? Because a V16 is raw Americana and a W16 is German engineering prowess. V16 is Cadillac, W16 is Bugatti, but both are mega bwaaaaaaaaah
@@Avetho yes
@@undoritohaladas or go for the ultimate cursed engine design X16
Oh god i just checked and apparently at one point Rolls Royce(the Aero engine manufacturer, not the car manufacturer) wanted to stick two X16 engines together to make an X32 engine.
The only X engine really used today though is in the latest generation of Russian tanks and is an X12
Actually gm created a v16 with only using to ls7s i believe and welding them together
It's a double V8 car. Just like double cheeseburger. Twice mo powah, twice more freedom, twice more Murica!
Bigger Engine = Bigger MURICA
Double steaks you forgot! 😎
Or quadruple steaks, maybe? 🤘
Mouh powwah baby!
I thought 1 Amerika was bad now there is twice more Amerika 😭
@@samdijkstra333 😂
Mother of god, i actually love this. Kinda hotwheels-ish, but hey. Still absolutely love it.
Quick question though, what kind of graphics do you use? as the chrome looks great!
I use a bunch of small bumpers mostly to do the trim pieces and chrome surrounds!
So back in the day the late 60s early 70s the dodge charger had a 4 barrel 426 and they were very rare and the same engine was in other muscle cars as well. The 1976 through 1977 had a 4 barrel 2 carb setup
Imagine it having an 852 (2x 426)! 😎
@@McBeamer94 jeez
Cant wait till they add a 24 cylinder expansion pack
1:54 v16 Ushrod
Dual quads were pretty common back in the day not for production but they do exist
Make another “muscle” car but make it have a supercharged 3 cylinder making as much power as possible, or maybe turbocharged
There are no superchargers in automation (at least not yet)
Ive made a massive inline 3 muscle car before, but i think ill have to do something like that again in the future!!
Honestly one of the most underrated youtubers. Theres more effort put into this videos yet theres so many people who dont watch em
Yep
He deserves more subs
Yup
what effort bro? he is just playing games
True
It's quite common for worked V8s to have dual four barrels
Looks sick, sounds keen
Mercedes-Benz was going to put a V16 in the 1991 S-Class but there was a financial crisis so they canned it.
The 426 maxwedge was offered with a dual quad crossram intake
the front looks like Lancia Fulvia
So the front looks like a fulvia, and the rear looks like a skyline super silhouette 😂
Stopped my Doug binge to watch this.
But anyways to think this would come out in the oil crisis
"This... Is the Madora 16 SS, and it is the WEIRDEST muscle car of the 1970s"
-Doug Demuro 2020
Plenty of older muscle cars had dual quad (two 4bbl) carbs.
There have been a couple dual-quad setups from the factory, the one that comes to mind is the Chrysler max wedge. That thing had a really weird intake manifold.
This reminded me of the guys that put 2 ls7's in a 69 Camaro a few years ago, basically a 14 liter V16.
Nothing is more american then an LS motor.
Except 2 LS motors glued together :D
You won me twice with this project! Sub and bell asap everybody! 😎
Edit: I just divided the CCs of the engine to three times the 2.54cm (two times is square, three times is cubic) to find out how much it is in C.I. money! It's 757.55ci, call it a 758ci! Shame the rounding goes up, if it were 757, it would be 10 better than a 747! But then again it's 11 better, which means that this car is turned up and turns us to 11! 😎
Cant wait for the rallye competition
Dodge had a couple of cars with two. But the cross ram intake that in itself was radical but it had 2 4 barrels on it. Fords mustang big block car had a low profile manifold with twin 4s
Twice the cylinders, double the clout
A lot of the higher performance trim muscle cars had the option for twin four barrel carbs. The dodge hemi had the option, and i believe ford also had it.
I would like to see an anti muscle car with a 1.5l 3 cylinder turbo with around 150-200 hp and the best fuel mileage possible
That's very kenmeri+R31 of you
im pretty sure that there are some american cars that came stock with 2 4 barrel carbs but i do know for sure that dodge had the 440 six pack with 3 two barrel carbs
Yup, after doing a bit more research a good few cars pre 1970 had twin 4 barrel carbs! Not alot after 70 tho!
I absolutely love the 440 six pack, great engine!
I know Chevrolet ran two fours as they were nicknamed on the 409
This feels like *Murica 2*
ye
Oh no Rye what have you done to muscle car culture xd
Adapt, overcome, improvise.
TwinTurBros lmao
He made it better, 2 V8’s = More MURICA
@@TwinTurBros You Australianized the muscle car.
Some 426 HEMI Engines as well as 426 MAX WEDGE engines had dual 4 barrel carburetors. Also certain BOSS 429 engines did as well.
If a 3.9 inch bore is small to you dear God do you have a cruise ship engine in your daily driver!
Cruise ship engine = power
power = MURICA
It looks a lot like a kenmeri skyline
Especially the taillights
love the vids bro. but the way you say “decals” lmao
Yes, idk why I say it so wrong. I just do lmao
Just to tell everybody this is not a w16 it is not the two v8s in one it is a v16 which is just a lot of pistons and v16s are real in rally racing funnily enough
A 5-speed isn't necessary. A decent spacing is. Longer first gear, shorter last one, not the opposite. I hope some day u realize it
I agree! Thats why i stuck with a 4 speed in this build :P Also maybe some day automation will let us tune individual gear ratios! id love to properly set up my gearing!
@@TwinTurBros tuning each gear is our dream. Hope some day Automation allow us.
Indeed this Chanel is underrated this is like the 10th time i watch tem this single video
Madora is a Greek name that means Ruler. Should the 16SS be widely successful, it will claim the title of Ruler of the Road. Considering its a huge V16 its gonna be making that horsepower rather reliably. Though I'd imagine since its 1970 the reliability scores would always be low across the board XD
It looks wonderful and it sounds awesome (as all Automation V16s tend to be lol), so its the early hypermuscle-car, especially with the ease of control under throttle. It kinda reminds me of the Delray Imperator from Car Mechanic Simulator 2018 (that one's supposed to be an '08 Challenger but looks more like a modernized Plymouth Barracuda), its got a high back, a wing, its sleek and boxy somehow, and its smooth. And I don't know why but the taillights look very familiar, like I saw them in a game somewhere and promptly forgot where XD
Okay but when is a car body going to exist that can fit that full sized v16.... fully tuned.
Boxer race car maybe?
Accursed boxer saab turbo?
This car nicknamed: the lawsuit maker. do to its lack of anything to keep it on the road... oh and also the amount of property damage you do just by flooring it for 2.5 seconds..
hey maddie
Hi!
That's a cool coupé with a nice v16
I guess it would be fun to see a NASCAR version of this
Idea for next time: make a Mustang but with p51 Mustang engine (if its even possible to have 28l engine in automation)
I believe it is but good luck finding a car that could fit that
@@bertakuceru6865 its not,the biggest engines are 16l-18l if i remember correct, but still its a 1l for one cylinder, these have to be huge enough, because you cant have more cylinders than 16 in automation
@@Your_nearest_toyota_dealer Ok, thanks fot the info!
i'm here to watch this channel grow to a million

Offenhauser makes an intake for a ford 300 cid (4.9L) i6 that runs twin 4 barrels. You can put about 700cfm to the motor if you get it running good. Its what I run in my 78' f150.
Ok I didn't know the offenhauser has twin 4bbls for the 300 six.
My Maverick has a 200 six, and the offenhauser intake is for three single barrels!
Thank you for that cool fact :)
@@TwinTurBros they make a lot of crazier parts that seem a little outlandish at first.
Side note
Going down to the drag strip today to make some passes with the race team. Ill have two gopros in the car and might upload the videos if we dont get destroyed(Nahunta dragway in North Carolina)
Mo powa baby!
LIGHTNING LIGHTNING LIGHTNING
Hello! What mods do you have and how do you get them to kerp working with every update in Automation?
im just subscribed to the latest mods on steam. whatever works, just works with the latest version :P
i dont do anything special!
I cant really give you a list, but i use about 550 mods on the steam workshop, so nearly every mod that works i have :)
@@TwinTurBros Alright. Thank you!
"Dual quads" was not too uncommon for the serious-business muscle car big-blocks. Realistically the advantage over a properly-sized single-quad is somewhere between minimal and negative, but dual quads under the hood looked mean. For whatever reason though, the triple-duals (tri-power, six-pak) setups seemed to be even more prestigious though. I guess because the motors that had dual quads just "happened to" have that setup, whereas the six-pack options were the name of the engine, complete with cool names, badges, stickers, and usually a hotter cam and heads. If you had a Hemi with dusl quads, the carbs were beyond overshadowed by HEMI.
Do u plan on doing a van race car? Like a supervan 3 replica?
cool episode but you need to fix your music mixing, this sounds like it was done in the default yt editor
Ooof. Yeah it not great. Not don't in yt editor but for sure will need to be improved :)
Hey rye nice to see you
Nice to see you too :D
Pretty sure the Dodge Dart Super Sport had 2 4-barrel carbs
What no CJA ?
BTW Check out the og cross ram those were street legal and had dual quads from the factory .
Lots of 60s modified drag cars had duel plenum 4 barrel carbs. Not sure about stock tho
Bugatti in disguise :P
If you think about it, the Bugatti Veyron was technically a muscle car because it had a big engine with a 24 cylinder engine.
Dude legit how are you not at a million subscribers
Muscle car best car especially the mach one
Would do 320kph without the spoiler(s)
Its actually nice to look at ...to me it screams "Aussie" muscle car.
This Looks very Australian actually Looks Like a Holden
15:20 should have the brake temp gauges up
Pre vid comment: it’s only a muscle car if it sounds like it’s camshaft is as bumpy as a city skyline
It turned out better than shinyodds builds
Not sure if its just me, but it looks like a celica in the front and a R31 in the back
In some happy accident of a universe, this beautiful american clusterfuck of a car actually exists
Im still hoping we can see it irl :P
Most high performance drag or muscle cars have dual 4 barrels
The rear reminds me of the skyline super silhouette
Can you make a fwd car with a front longitudal enigine (and not with awd and all power going to the front wheels like automotiveflux did)
make the stock one next time
There was a one-off 1970 ford torino king cobra with twin 4 barrel carburetors
I was wondering if you can make a turbo charged boxer sports car
Brute power baby
"This is gonna be the most american car ever" replaces a v8 and puts a V16 in it
Nothing says America like 2 V8s glued together XD
@@TwinTurBros (ok,im convinced xD)
HELL YEAH BROTHER GOBBLESS AMERICUN V8 BUT 2 OF THEM THATS WHAT I CALL REAL POWAH
The front looks like a 70 Mustang and a Hemi Cuda
Older 426 hemis had 2 4 barrels.
I believe the 427 had 2 carbs
V16, because 8 cylinders aren’t enough. Nor is anything under 4 liters.
Why no dcoe? Dcoe gives more powah babeh!
The 426 hemi or the the 426 max wedge
Late 60s max wedged duel 4 barrels
Of course it has to look like a dodge
Dodge dart hemi R/T has two four barrel carburetors
65 poniact I think had the tri carb. Correct me if I'm wrong
There were twin 4 barrels
Indeed, Its amazing to see how much fuel the classic american muscle cars made!
This car looks a Lot like a hemi cuda
Ill take that as a compliment!
@@TwinTurBros dont worry i love the hemi cuda (meaning that i loved this car. I guess by now iv watched you building It like 55 times)
It weirds me out the way you pronounce decals, look it up real quick.
Oh god your right
My whole life has been a lie.
Wouldn't the camshaft warp cause it's so long tho
Not necessarily, there are some cars IRL that used a V16!
Limo with this engine ...
Lots of 2 4 barrel 671 blower
What the hell
I asked myself the same thing.
Shit if only I could afford the v16 dlc
Cars with a super charger can have 2 4 barrels
426 hemi dual 4 barrel
I like how muscle cars don't have a single muscle.
Looks more like a japanese take on an american muscle car
I can totally see it, lots of Japanese influence there
How did u get the V16 option
It's paid dlc!
You know what is better than one V8?
Two V8’s.
you know whats better then two v8s?
four V8s!
now we just gotta tell the automation devs to make it happen XD
