I seem to recall you would scale back the running and focus on strength, Great to see you are back and returning to hybrid training. What are your strength work focus at the momen, hypertrophy, strength or injury prevention/endurance?

62 years old got the Palmetto Peach half next Saturday then planning on running the Augusta half in February aiming for a sub 1:44

Im not training for a race but im training for the volleyball season next year and to make my schools team😊
