Do you know why Fish grow bigger there?
Cold water absorbs more Carbon which then makes species grow more.

What a phenomenal day’s fishing and a really good video! A couple of questions if I may. Did you go independently or was it part of an organised angling tour? Also was it recently and where exactly in Norway?Any feedback much appreciated. Thanks

Hi David. I have a house up in the Troms region. Some people can stay there with me in the Autumn. Send me a message and I can give you some details if you like

Also check out some of my other videos to get a good idea of the type of fish caught and venues. This year was terrible for halibut. Not sure why but think it’s a change in water temp

@@paulsimmonds5584 Thanks for getting back to me. The video certainly sparked my curiosity as I love fishing for flatties and the ones you were catching obviously eclipsed anything that we could reasonably expect from U.K. beaches in terms of size. I would be interested in further details but I imagine that your location being so far north would pose some logistics/travel/seasonal challenges.

It’s not as bad as you think David. Flight to Oslo then Oslo to Evenes then a two hour drive. May to November is best
