@@chadsalter9961 If I can not remove the diverter gate valve out of the housing That tells me it is no longer round or is out of round like an egg..and it will not seal up then it needs to be replaced Or If you put it all together and turn on the spa and the water pressure blows the top off the diverter valve that tells me the threads will not hold the top on and it most likely will have to be replaced. The problem with silicone or other sealents is you have to use them for what they are intended for..When you use them on the out side of a leak with the water pressure pushing out they will always leak What ever product you use...You have to use it on the inside with water pushing out..and in most typical leaks this is very hard to. do. Most leak happen because the joint or part was not installed correctly in the first place. and in that case it is best to just replace it with correct part and seal it up the proper way. Hope tis helps Thanks for Watching & SUBSCRIBING You gave me an idea for a video
@@spaman5440 Good deal, thanks for clarifying 👍🏼 Since we’re helping each other out, would you share your best techniques for removing the clear air lines that the manufactures tended to glue onto the jet housing / barb? What a chore those buggers are! Oh & maybe you already covered this, I’m going to look in a second, how does a guy know if the ozone injector is working correctly? For that matter, any tips on matching aftermarket injectors, to new ozone generators, if they’re not sold together
Why not just cut in the middle of the pipe and put in a coupling then the elbow. I cant imagine wasting all that time not to mention that youre now risking having the pipe leak after completion...
Sorry if that came off a little harsh. Thank you for the video it was very informative. This method will be super useful on a special fitting you cant find like a special manifold.I learned from you thank you very much!! @spaman5440
