    Yes I do this a little different bend over 90° and lift where the pain is and do circles and it works the muscle thoroughly and I'm able to correct the stabbing pain every morning it's getting better

    Sometimes when I drop something light on the floor I'll pick it up with this exercise lol but need to do it daily so I can improve my balance.

    Ive been wanting to know how to strengthen. I want to commit to this but according to your video "low back pain - The most common causes of lower back pain" im probably in phase 1 though. I still gave the strengthening ago and yeh I need to get that inflamation down. So weak.

    Ashley please make a video on mid back pain and stiffness. I.e too much stiffnress and pain while rotating body clockwise and anticlockwise mid back area

    Lately I have had more frequently cramp at my hamstrings and legs when I try to sit to the chair or do a normal squat movement. Noticed that happened the day after activities like one hour walking or cycling. I don't know which part should I stretch ..hamstrings, pelvic, psoas, or else, do you have any suggestion for this problems? I didn't dedicate enough time to warm up or cool down for these activities? Which parts I need to pay more attention when I feel blocked with this stiffness to my lower body?

    Can i do these exercises with gluteal tendinopathy( especially glute med), and bursitis, please. Im getting desperate after leading a fit life that is now painful to walk or sit ! Thank you.

    Thank you so much for this video. I'm wondering, am I supposed to be squeezing my glute of my back leg as I'm lifting up? I am starting with the easiest version.

      Hi Julie, the focus is mainly on the front leg so think about that one predominantly. The back leg is mainly for balance. I hope that helps. Best wishes, Ashley

    hi-my left hamstring is so tight that I cannot do the first variation you demonstrate as I cant stretch over that far with left leg as the base. But I am able to do the second variation! Is it ok to start the exercise on that step 2? I love your videos-very helpful! Please advise! thank you!

    This doesn't work but probably because I had back surgery
