I now truly rely on this channel to find new post rock music.. seeing as how I've exhausted the genre .. I listen to all the big names like mono, yndi halda, godspeed, Caspian, the evpatoria report, red sparowes,.. but youve introduced me to gems like this and some of the recent additions.. I thank you
Post rock has taken such a gigantic impact on my life, it makes me understand my self somehow better, aswell it makes me see very clear and open minded through a lot of things. It traveled with me the whole path along my side till now. I often had struggle with depression and so on, but this music showed me in a majestic and artistic way finding to inner beauty and a little piece in my self for my own sake. For example, I wouldnt really know where I would be now without Hammock, also a great postrock band i can recommend if you dont know them give these guys a try,. Two of my favorite songs they ever made: Hammock - 10.000 years wont safe your life Hammock - breathturn For me this is way more than just your usal radiomusic.... :)
I was listening to them as I read your comment about this band. I like the slow and melancholic approach and really liked the song " end music ", it was touching, What do you think about the songs i was recommending you and Hammock itself ?
That last track Hold On reminds me a ton of Cowboy Bebop for some reason. I guess that sad, jazzy, melancholic brass. Anyway, love this album. Medicine for the ears.

The vocals from Blossom remind me of Matt Healy of The 1975
Ahh, I've missed this channel! For some reason UA-cam stopped notifying me when you uploaded a video. Thought you went dark! Glad to be back :)

Reverse delay does wonders.
