Now normally I wouldn't advocate violence, but Jim deserved every bit of what Dwight gave him during the snowball fight
You throw a snowball, you have to be able to take one in turn.
@@wizofauzzonce a snowball is thrown, a war will start. No matter what.
@@wizofauzz
Emphasis on "one"
I find it represents an aspect of human nature that I’ve always had a pet peeve about. A small mistake or attack is always returned with extreme retaliation. There’s no equivalent exchange. For example, Jim throws just one snowball, Dwight throws 20 (and then proceeds to psychologically torture him). Or a less fictional example, Japan attacks Pearl Harbor (a military base, mind you), and in return, America bombs two major cities of Japan, killing innocents. How is that equal? I’m fine with eye-for-an-eye mentality and justice, but, none of that is one eye for one eye, it’s more like one eye for both eyes (and every limb). 😅 We’re all guilty of it, but I’ve just always hated that aspect of the human condition. When we want revenge, we always take more than is warranted. Granted, in this case, Jim had it coming to him if we consider the snowman prank as retaliation for various pranks Jim has done to Dwight over the years. lol
@@ChocomunchieExactly, it's worth it because it was for all those years of pranks, haha 🤣 But on a serious note (this is a TV show after all), how can you ultimately still be for "eye-for-an-eye" mentality regarding justice, when ultimately that "justice" is often subjective and possibly even arbitrary? Revenge is not something that we as a culture generally condone. How is "eye-for-an-eye" any different? Punishment and consequence needs to be fair and with ultimately good and humane intent, so that the offender understand and regrets his consequence (and ultimately works to make amends for it), and so that the community ultimately is bettered for carrying out punishment to an offendor who poses a danger to said community.
Honestly its funny how Dwight, basically physocologically pulled of the best ever troll
Psychologically* and off*

Michael's disappointed face when Jim smashed the window is just hilarious
I just noticed it more I guess I haven't seen this episode in a while 😅😂
Frankly many of Jim's pranks would've gotten him either fired, or even arrested lol
Like what?
@@dukcy7450 like throwing snowball for example XD
u think in real workplace that would have ended without any consequences?
@@normanwtykson not where Michael is your boss
@@pritampandey9519 Filip said “real workplace”.
@@dorazharr i meant, if your boss is anything like Michael it won't, 99.9% time you get fired
Pam understanding Jims fear of Dwight is so funny
Dwight overreacted but tbh Jim had it coming after hitting Dwight with the snowball in the office.
Yeah it felt more mean spirited than usual
Like how it started "little girl with cocoa" which is why I clicked .
nah, that was shitty of Meredith and Stanley, it was a genuine complaint. Jim had it coming.
Nah it was time jim gets a taste of his own medicine after constantly pranking and making a fool of Dwight
@@sixthvolcano9883 Dwight’s reaction right after made me feel like he was a kid getting bullied in front of a crowd :( The acting definitely made it more impactful for me.
Dwight standing on the rooftop is terrifying
and he has a high ground :)
Jim deserved some of this. I was so happy when Dwight was throwing him snowballs. I like Jim, but he needs a taste of his own medicine.
Jim intentionally sharing his confidential card details to dwight so he could blame him and Dwight gifted flower to Pam. Well Played Dwight. Jim cannot even take revenge on that
What did he want to blame him for again?
@@joesmoe6947As far as i recall he wanted to have a reason to report him to the police for stealing money. Because Jim thought that Dwight would order something for himself with Jim's card.
@@jkgf4671😂😂😂BOOM
The snowball fight was legendary! O my god, I just couldn't laugh harder when I saw the fear in Jim's eyes 😂
And then Dwight's Speech about fear was an icing to the cake 👏
And then he smiled and said merry Christmas lmao 🤣
Using your rival's credit card numbers to buy his wife flowers after he specifically baited you into taking them is pure genius. Well done Dwight.
Dwight standing on the rooftop watching Jim hit the snowmen in madness is sooo funnyyyyy😂😂😂😂😂
1:48 Kevin closing the door 😂😂
Top 10 Anime Betrayals😆
I like that Jim is finally on the other side of the pranks here.
Jim should have known after hitting Dwight in the face in front of everyone this wouldn’t be just a snowball fight, but a snowball WAR
Jim was really ready to fucking stab Dwight with the umbrella 😂
Dwight’s faux-shock when Jim breaks the window😭😭😭
Dwight pretending to be Pam- I cant I died a lik
Michael's face gets me every time 2:28 🤣
i'm totally agree
8:38 I love the ironical and malicious laugh of Dwight.
It’s not often Dwight gets revenge on Jim but when he does get back it is awesome.
Michael's Glare At Jim When He Broke The Window Was Like: "Dude, Are You Fucking Kidding Me Right Now?! That's Coming Out Of Your Paycheck Jim!"
When Dwight buys Pam the flowers🥺
It is so jim cant return them ergo he permently lost the 200 dollars.
Jim vs Dwight was an epic rivalry that was also ironic since Pam and Dwight were best friends in many ways.❤️
This wasn’t a snowball fight. This was Dwight’s revenge for… well everything.
Let's be honest. Our favorite is the snowball revenge 😂
The absolute horror on Jim's face when he says the chains lmao
*sees
Even Pam knew Jim deserved it: Why else would she give Dwight her sweater and walk in giving Jim that look like, “gotcha!”
First: she didn't "gave him her sweater" and second: there's LITERALLY no "gotcha look". Just stop making stuff up.
Dwight is wearing a different sweater
I love how Jim’s pranks are meatballs and Lego desks and Dwight decides an equivalent response is psychological torture and trying to get Jim fired as manager.
I’m thinking Dwight would’ve stopped if Jim had specifically screamed “MERCY!!”
I still say Jim hitting Dwight in the face with a snowball was a d!ck move.. he messed with Dwight so much. I would have loved to see him get it from Dwight more..
Breaking office property in front of your HR. That ought to do it😂
Dwight's shocked look and hand on Michael's shoulder is so great as he knows Jim is beginning to unravel
Moral of the Video from Dwight - Let that be a lesson to you all.
Jim's a jerk, he had it coming tbh
Jim finally got what he deserved
Two questions:
How did Dwight build a snowman around himself?
How did Dwight lock the door while he was inside the snowman? 1:04
Probably Nate helped him
He may have locked it beforehand.
Bro dwight surges fear through jim in the last moments of the snowball episode. That was dwights villian arc
2:16 nice going Jim 😂😂😂
Those snowmen in that parking lot is just pure psychological warfare.
I just realized that you can see the boom mic operator around 2:00 standing it the corner of the conference room!
Dwight is not a force to be truffled with
8:46 omg so priceless!
Dwight saved him in season three to trash him in season seven
This episode gave my compulsive need for closure that i was looking for, a cooldown.
Jim deserved everything he got, about time is in the other end of the pranks
Definitely one of the Top 5 Office moments.
Michael's face after Jim breaks the window is priceless!
Served him right.
No, Dwight seemed not to take the jokes, he physically hurt Jim.

why would an experienced soccer player like YOURSELF duck in the very last moment😂😂😂😂😂
Jim now has snowman ptsd
This was Dwight's best day ever 😂
Dwight has has one this round
Why so serious Jim?
The best type of warfare
Oh I get it, fear is a snowball, because it snowballs.
Bro is a menace for the society
5:56 coldest moment
I didn't think jim deserved that last scheme. He was really trying to make it legit and give it to someone deserving but then Dwight turned everyone in the office against him and Pam. Just seemed really petty
He deserved it
It was beautiful
Jim pranks Dwight all the time
There’s literal years of Jim pranking Dwight, but he fights back and is suddenly “mean”.
As thou sow, so shall ye reap.
"Its sphere"
Dwight is winning. lesgoo
3:57 I love how evil Dwight looks here
Dwight probably would’ve been a pretty good Joker.
Jim fucking deserved everything bad thing happened to him when he was afraid of the snowmen i felt happy .
I love how everyone in the comments hates jim and thinks he deserves it
Dwight's poor stapler
Boom!
hilarious
Dwight is me frfr
2:26 Why does Michael look like a mob boss who's gonna say ae don't spoil my party
This is what happens when Dr. Doom wins 😉
Bro was a villain
And I wonder if, when filmin the scene where Dwight attacked Jim, they told tge actor, or if they really surprised him.

we've got one coming up!
I mean, Dwight even gave him the chance to apologize. Jim is a butt
Honestly jim could've avoided all of this if he just apologized to dwight
yeahh... Jim deserves it.
7:30 how is this Jim’s fault? Charles kicked that ball way to hard, is he trying to kill Jim?
Have u played football. When a shot comes like that u either headbutt it or take it to the chest

jim can’t tell pam that these 200$ flowers were from dwight and not from him and tbh i think it’s genius lol
@@joleonthestreet 😱genius
Ok? So Jim is doing funny pranks and dwights response is "not funny, but dangerous, socially distancing, manipulative pranks", did I get that right?
It's a staple ball
The ONLY reason I don't fully side with Dwight on this is that he seemed to actually physically hurt Jim. It's funny up until you see blood on Jim's shirt.
Dwight all the way.
Bullying for years is okay but reacting to it is wrong
You sound like every teacher ever
Oh boo hoo his nose bled.
to me his schemes to get jim fired seem more severe
This is the best ever. Jim and Pam are complete jerks in the show
Pam is the overall nicest person on the entire show. She literally helps everyone while no one does the same for her. Season 7 Christmas special for instance, she helps Darryl with his daughter and is the ONLY one going after Michael when he leaves because of the whole "Holly situation", but when she needs some help on the same episode, asking for opinions about the comic book she made for Jim, Phyllis acts like a total jerk to her. Everyone during the entire show just talks bad things behind her back, while she is the ONLY person to help Angela and Dwight with their relationship (even that both of them were jerks to her, specially Angela), is the one who comprehends and helps Michael more than ANYONE. No one went to her art presentation. Everyone gossip about her behind her back ALL THE TIME. She is literally the one person that received the most mean comments on the show BY FAR, and still is the most helpful, supportive and overall good friend and person of them all
@@bobguarana54321 Don't care he deserved it.
@@bobguarana54321 Still don't care, no one should put it up with this bullshit everyday.
It's okay in the end Meg eats Dwight and Wanda killed Jim.
I couldn't stand Dwight in this episode and he was usually my favorite character
Really, why?
Same, Dwight can be annoying but he’s also a lovable character. It’s just that he was unusually mean in this episode. At least in my opinion
Jim used to do a lot worse to Dwight... 😬
