ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
As with all my video, my intentions is always to provide you a little home away from home, where you can kick back relax and always find a new and unique experience as i guide you with sights & sound to a relaxing location where my objective is to let you feel gentle waves of relaxation & ASMR until you close your eye to fall into a peaceful sleep.

I recently started a skin care routine involving washing my face with warm water and apply jojoba oil, which really feels nice and has softened my facial hair quite a bit. I understand the societal push for guys to not do that sort of thing, but the results really are just amazing. Acne has cleared up, skin feels like I am like 12 again, and it just looks really nice. Screw what people say. Results, baby. Results. Taking care of yourself and trying to be the best you can be. Sounds masculine to me. :)

I heard a lot of personality in your voice in this video and that actually has helped with my asmr experience.

Tapping and scraping that thermojet flask with inaudible whispering is incredible.
The only thing I wasn't so crazy about was the canteen, but everything else really worked for me, especially pulling the rode packet out of 'my' ears. Also, that inaudible whisper of yours is pure asmr gold. Thanks for the video.

Hey i am a huge fan, i use your videos to go to sleep every single night. The best ASMR youtube channel there is by far. I love the comitment that you have into this and how it helps so many people relax. I could throw a suggestion at you, i first discovered the "tingles" when i just happened to be watching a medical (physical exam). Which includes the Cranial nerve part but also has tapping of the chest and other things that cause triggers. I feel you could do something really good with it. Just an idea :) Another great video!! Tons of Tingles!!
