This was my first time at this air show and Canada. So this was a very special experience for me and I love seeing the red boys for the very first time!!!!!!
I remember the F16 Fighting Falcon being tested (YF16) and then put into mass production in my childhood. I never thought I would still see it in active duty around the world 50 years later. A testament to General Dynamics staff who were clearly way ahead of the curve of established aircraft design at the time. Thanks for sharing. ❤
Watching that F-16 scoot around reminded me of the time I was standing at the second story outside entrance having a smoke and watching the F-16's of the 177th ANG out of Atlantic City working out at the Warren Grove Live Fire Range that was about 2 miles to the West. I see one after another fly East toward me from their previous run, turn the pattern to the South, and then turn West to proceed to target which meant to dive onto a target that was below the tree line. There was a lot of woods between me and the bombing range. Well I'm watching these planes do their thing when one of them, that has just completed its turn onto target, has a surge in its afterburner so intense it was instantly unnerving to me, and for good reason. I watched as the tail end of the aircraft rapidly disassemble as the whole thing pitched quickly downward. And just before it dipped below the trees I saw the pilot eject. The plane ended up spewing itself across the NJ State Parkway and into the woods. The pilot got scraped up a bit, and I'm sure his back didn't feel that great after ejection, but he 'walked away' and that's the best a pilot can ask for in a crash of that magnitude. I had a bit of shock trauma after seeing that. I've seen plane crashes before, one that was so terrible I will never speak of the details, but there was something about seeing this one that shook me hard enough to last for almost a month. Here's a news article I found on the incident: www.cbsnews.com/news/no-fatalities-in-nj-f-16-crash/

Beautiful design that really holds up over time.
Not as ugly as the X-32.

love the 1975 Paris Air Show paint scheme! what a beautiful fighter plane 🇺🇲
Great color scheme. I remember that from the 70's.
When I was a kid growing up. This was "THE" paint scheme on every F-16 toy. Now I'm 36 and seeing it actually fly is like going down memory lane.
Me ..too. bought this model in....1977, Revell i think. Now 61 years

Imagine seeing this in 1975… would have blown you away!
Benchmark legendary fighter that set the standards for everything that came after it..❤❤
Saw the YF-16 heritage jet at OSH24 this year. Wicked cool!
Gorgeous looking aircraft, brilliantly flown and well captured 👌
Saw this jet slowly being pushed into a hanger at the Mencham Regional Airport in Dallas!
Great Color scheme, saw this at Airventure this year in Oshkosh.
I got to see this jet at Airventure. And it made me wish i had the old snap together model I got for my 8th birthday 26 years ago
50 years is nothing but after 50 years is still the backbone of air power of freedom world is remarkable thing to celebrate.
Awesome demonstration
Hard to believe the F-16 is that old.
People over the age of 50 probably think of this color when they think of the F-16.
The demo may not have aged any, but I sure did!😉👍
S50代に入間で初めて見た時、ロケットのように急上昇したのにはシビレました。
Love it!
So cool
I've got a black out from watching this video. Insane.
Can we keep this color scheme for next year? It looks too good
very nice
Will they keep this livery for the 2025 season?
Was this on recorded on Saturday or Sunday?
❤
Здорово, отличный самолёт!
昔F16が採用される前の試作機の時のXF16のカラーリングみたい。

I wish they had at least made the "engine" "PW" instead of "GE." That would have made it more realistic.
OLA BOA NOITE/ SABADO/ 21/12/2024.OK

Junk the F-35 and design a 5th gen based on the F-16
