Seeing the intro of Rayman M, Rayman Arena and Rayman Rush makes my heart skip a beat. I played them all on various consoles and they were great games. I remember the times where me and my friend would fight over who got the controller and who got the mouse and keyboard hehehe. Those were good times :) great video man

Legends may have better graphics and all, but origins is far better in my opinion, at least the stages are challenging. And Rayman 1, 2 and 3 are equally good imo.
I’m so glad that I’d played Rayman 2 as 1 of my very first few PC games. Even when you compare it against the other games in the market today, I still feel that none of them is capable of beating the intense and wondrous experience that Rayman provides.

The PS1 version isn't the only Rayman 2 version. There's the N64 and the DS ones, and they doesn't have any voices at all, just some gibberish, but with better graphics. I Preffer the N64 and DS versions tho.

The Origins and Adventures are not part of Rayman 5-6. Their hasn't even bin a definatly rayman 4. That was a stopped project. instead of that they made Raving Rabbits.
Man... Rayman 1 was the thing back in the day. I used to play nonstop when I was 5 or 6. Just to say, I wasn't born in the 90s, I played the first one mostly around 2005.
The Original Rayman will always be my favorite, though I like the other voice acting for the magician intro far better than this one, way more charismatic.
I've searched for this because I had a blast playing Rayman Legends recently, and I wanted to know exactly where this character came from, I just remember having a Rayman golf game in my mobile phone like 16 years ago, I swear! xD BTW, I can't recommend Rayman Legends enough, what a MARVELOUS game.

That's pretty much what happened except the computer system they were using couldn't render Ray's limbs when in motion, so they kept him like that lol

The rayman origins intro (the black fighting part) sounds like the beginning for a theme of a cartoon fighting game.
The Original Rayman will always be my favorite, though I like the other voice acting for the magician intro far better than this one, way more charismatic.
I've searched for this because I had a blast playing Rayman Legends recently, and I wanted to know exactly where this character came from, I just remember having a Rayman golf game in my mobile phone like 16 years ago, I swear! xD
BTW, I can't recommend Rayman Legends enough, what a MARVELOUS game.
Oh yeah Rayman Golf was real. You really should play Rayman 2 if you have availability for it.
