The dude is a 89 ovr with superstar ability and he averages 58 yds per punt! Make sure you guys check the remnants of free agency, there may be unsigned young studs time to time sitting there left over from the draft.

But he is closer to that than he is to Franchise QB right now. The OC is awful, it’s as if he forgot he has Money with two O’s! Deep threats running under routes all day.
For the man/zone coverage issue for corners it depends on your d playbook. If it heavily favors one coverage over the other upgrade that if it's balanced do both for best performance in sim. Both will work as long as the playbook is compatible.
I started my lions franchise, got Steven Gilmore to star dev in training camp, halfway through the season, kept developing him, went up to superstar dev. Not bad for a UDFA.
The salary cap restraints to trading draft picks confused me too but I found that they tie whatever salary would be allocated to that pick and then take that into consideration when determining if it would put the other team over the limit.
