I used this recipe to make sweetbread for the first time, about a month ago. Since then, I've made it about four times. This sweetbread is absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for showing us that it really isn't hard to make. The sweetbread is so soft. I can't stop eating it lol. A friend of mine, that I shared one with, ate the half I gave her in less than one day. Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos to share with us. I'm now able to make a little slice of home when I'm feeling homesick, and that makes life so much better 🙂.

I soooo enjoy watching your videos Natasha. I am used to just averaging ingredients as that’s how I learned to cook from my nanni and my mom, but it’s nice to have recipes for when I want to try things out. Your channel is my favorite hands down. Thanks for all that you do 😊.

Ok so i tried your recipe last night. But!!!! lol!! I used grated coconut in heavy syrup (canned), sweetened shredded coconut flakes in a pack and coconut milk to substitute YOUR 1 cup of coconut. Let's just say i had a veryyyy tasty spongy fruit cake to show. lol!! I promised i'll get all the ingredients next time but i already know it is an awesome recipe. 1 question: Should the pan be coated with flour also?
