One key difference from a lot of these type of games is that the 3 core attributes do NOT increase damage. They are more for what type of defense and gear you are trying to use AND they effect support skill gems. You will want a bit of all 3 stats leaning more heavy on the main one for your class. As of level 20 I need 13 strength and 27 int for a minion weapon. I had to get str and dex on the passive tree in order to get a couple of support gems that were good and the weapon I wanted to equip.
Welcome to POE, I been playing since 2012. Let me say every class can greatly benefit from each stat in general. You need certain stats for gems and gear yes but this is a game where you can roll a blood mage Witch and make her a 2 handed warrior who is a strength stacker, like Alberon Warpath build for example. POE is not a game that locks you into builds for classes. You will see a ton of Warriors using some wierd summoner builds, you migth see Sorc's going full out melee, or Dex/Int Stacking... So ultimately you want to use what stats you need for gear, or for stacking if you go stat stacker.
Thanks for letting me know, i am now last boss of act 2 and learning on the way. I was already thinking about doing a witch full physical damage but yeah now i can see the diversity and all the sutff you can do

@@Lancer78x Really appreaciate that! Having lots of fun and love the bosses fights they are so challenging! I was a diablo player before, diablo bosses look so easy comparing to this game!
@@Wilsunboxile Yea I agree, And this is only Beta. We only have 1/3 of the Classes that will come out, and they are limiting the act 4-6 as well as a ton of weapon and skill gems. They want to introduce it slowly into the game, so there is a ton of content coming. GGG is great company, who listens to their players. They have earned my respect. Hope you enjoy it :)

You gave what the stats do in poe 1 but you are actually wrong. poe 2 changed what the stats do. for example intelligence no longer increases energy shield like you claim in this video.
With all due respect, you arent going to be able to make poe guide or content teaching others until youre about 2000 hours in. This info is incorrect. This isnt Diablo homie.
2000 hours looks a bit too much tbh 😅 Everyday is a new day and a new lesson, if tomorrow im more knowledgeable about the game means im going in a good way and if i can share what I learn with every new players i can teach but if im wrong i can also learn. well if you go to poe2 and check what says on intelligence it literally says that will grant energy shield
