Please please wash your rice. Rice is processed in a plant, doused in chemicals and goes along tracks and picks up all sorts of dirt. Not only that, but American produce is also known to have much much more chemicals than other countries. Please soak your rice for at least 5-15 min and then wash till water runs clear. Once you see how gross that first water is, you won't want to be putting it into your body! And yes, sometimes the water is cloudy because of starch - but not the first few times.

I recently started a mix btw the carnivore diet and a calorie deficit and omg it works. I recommend cutting out all processed foods and finding healthy snacks to snack on during the day. Also, it’s really important to eat in the daytime and not before you go to bed. It’s a really effective diet and i hope it works for you! Also take your time with it and make sure to do cardio!
