I feel BPOs don't really have that zeal to serve customers. They lean more towards scoring more than the other sites handling process for the same client. Even if you try to point it out all you would be told is that others are doing their work, you do yours and go home. Its filled with arrogant folks who don't have the qualities of working in such roles, but they get in there nevertheless and ruin it for others.
