Diy decorative plates for wall hanging|| recycle old plates

I'm Neha an artist. i do art and DIY. sharing my work with you people so one can take benefit from my experience. I usually use the material in my videos that are affordable and easily available. but of course some art supplies you can get online or from a specific shop.
