As always good to hear your approach and thoughts. I'm very much a upgrader kind of player which certainly helps for the latter game. However I've seen quite a few other players rely heavily on the recruits and they end up with a lot of money at the end of the game.
Love the vids man ;} And here's the HAMMER you mentioned in the beginning - that wasn't even close to a polish accent ;p sounds more like ukrainian or romanian :P IT WAS BAD :D but don't worry. Thanks for the vid ;]
Hi, I can't find the rule about Polonia gaining 3 gold per tile with an encounter symbol on in the end-game anywhere. Please could you point me in the right direction
Recruit bleh? Recruit just might be the most overpowered action in the game, especially done early you can pretty easily get it the second tier popularity.
Polania one of the weakest factions? WTF? Enlists are end game? Ok this guy isn't much of an expert. Play polania, get your submerge mech out asap and get all your enlists and you'll win the game.
When looking at their starting area they aren't completely wrong. Polania is harder to play than other factions at the start of the game. However, access to food (recruits) and their abilities are very powerful, so I would say they are in the top 3, right behind Rusviet and Crimea. But I wouldn't recommend them for beginners as you will have a painfully slow start.
LOL, and I quote "Recruit? Meh". That's when I stopped watching it, because if you don't realize how important Recruit is you haven't played enough Scythe.
