Where can you get an almost new Schaublin like this? It must be over 30 years old. I had several 102 NVMs and also a 102 N in my department. We even sent them to Schaublin or their successors in Switzerland several times for overhaul because they were such good machines. The only weak point is the non-hardened bed. But if you take care of that and always remove all dirt before moving the tailstock and support, these machines will last forever.

The dream of the dreams 😮
This must be one of the finest samples in existence, will cost a fortune but last a lifetime fantastic machine! 😍
Yes, ready for 70 years of use!
My ONLY complaint is the lathe has no thread cutting capabilites. The workmanship is impeccable.
There is a treadcutting attachment for the Schaublin 70. Not cheap and not easy to find.
@@NielsVrijlandt--nielsmachines Thanks Niels; I will look for it.
How much did this machine sell for?
Ik zag de Zwitserse machine voor het eerst en het was erg leuk.
Deze koepel lijkt de afgelopen jaren gemaakt en is solide. 💛 ))

Indeed, it is almost impossible to find a machine like this.
