I have a simple breakfast every morning. 3 boiled eggs, a handful of raisins, abit of almond and some Korean bamboo salt with a cup of coffee. Thanks for the raisins to make them sweet.

متأسفانه هنوز هم بصورت سنتی کشت و برداشت میشه که بسیار بسیار به محصولات ضرر میرسه و مثلاً بجای یک تن برداشت ۷۰۰کیلو برداشت میشه.هنوز کشاورزی ایران مربوط به قرن ۱۹- میباشد
