Yea but the adults and kids werent seen together. Pay close attention and you will notice the kids at the beginning become the old folks at the end and then the old man is singing "off in Shangri-La" to the baby.
My interpretation is that all of the kids at the beginning are the OLD SCHOOL juggalos and at the end they're all old. I think its about how crazy it is that we grew up on this shit and now many of us are teaching our children all about the carnival.
