watching this movie with my dad is one my fondest memories with him...he laughed like you did ....like gut wrenching where you kinda hold your breath....please do the sequel...its not as good but still was a goofy watch like this one...
The farrelly brothers are behind this movie they made loads of great comedies. My favourite has to be KINGPIN about bowling it stars Bill Murray woody harrelson and Randy Quaid I highly recommend it 👍

When I was like six my dad blew a huge fart into a lighter flame like that at the family Christmas party when we were all opening gifts, and it made a huge burst of fire, but it caught him a tiny bit in the end because he said he felt it go back a bit. We all just busted up laughing and we all still remember it today.
FUN FACT: The movie referenced in the diner scene with SEA BASS is called "SOMETHING WILD", and stars JEFF DANIELS. (if nobody has mentioned already)
There is a movie with a chick who has no regards for traffic laws taking over a public transport and a dude makes boom boom before losing his head over public transports starring JEFF DANIELS and some other dude.

To think...Jim Carrey released Dumb and Dumber, The Mask, AND Ace Ventura the same year is absolutely absurd. That's more success than most actors entire careers!

The original ending was for Lloyd and Harry to get on the bus
Honestly, it's a GOOD ending. Because to be fair, Lloyd and Harry's friendship almost got destroyed a couple of times because of women. And the movie is SUPPOSED to be about their friendship. If they did get on that bus, would that really be a good ending? What would've happened to their friendship? And when they said they're gonna catch their break someday, they probably meant a break....from women. That shows you what good, real friends they are and how much they care about their friendship.
Don't get me wrong, I still love the ending and think it was the right choice. It's just as a young man watching that movie I died a little inside thinking of passing up that opportunity haha

You missed the gag, but when Lloyd said he'd bet him that he'd get him to gamble by the end of the day, the moment Harry took the bet Lloyd won because by taking the bet he got him to gamble. But lloyd is so dumb he doesn't realize this.

Jim Carrey is a hilarious actor but of my favorite movies of his "the number 23" and "the majestic" are completely different than what u usually see him do
