Im recovering from anorexia and i never thought is be able to complete one of her workouts. It makes me grateful I choose recovery, I did have to slow down a bit but completed it and I feel very strong

I will miss having fresh workouts. But Caroline has SUCH a lot of content. There is always something new and challenging to try. Wether we have just 15 minutes to train or an hour. Wether we have dumbbells and a lot of space; or no equipment and cannot make noise. She has been great.

After having lost over 50 lbs in the last few years through healthy eating and exercise, I have finally worked up the courage to have an abdominoplasty to remove my excess skin. I am sad that I will not finish Epic Heat as my surgery is scheduled this coming Wednesday.😢 Bear in mind I am no spring chicken with my being almost 52 years old!😂 Anyway, I have been following Caroline’s Epic programs since August 2020, so I know that I am in the best possible physical condition (that, and doctor’s approval) to face this challenge. Thank you Caroline for enabling me to be my fittest and thank you for that beautiful, encouraging smile. Can’t wait to get back to fitness in 4-6 weeks! 😁 Hope to see you all then, still going strong! 💕

Lot of people say what's the point in me trying hard like you since it doesn't guarantee a size zero body and the fact that I'm not a role model( unemployed. Slow learner)...but me gaining strength from your workouts, not comparing, and focusing on my long term health have been the only positive things in my life and this comes from people like you Thank you Caroline this programme is life changing
I can 't wait to burn my muscles today. And I can not believe we are coming to the end of the epic heat program. But for me its not the end , its the beginning of a big journey. I'm grateful to Caroline for all those amazing workouts . I finally for the first time in my life loved regular exercises. Feeling strong and fit is so great.

I can't say enough about this whole program! I discovered Caroline last December and I haven't stopped yet! I started out using 3 and 5 lb weights and now I'm up to 15 and 20 lbs dropping down to 12lbs on the lateral raises where I use to use the 3lbs! As a nurse, these workouts have helped clear my head when needed! I hope you continue on with these fantastic workouts! I am super excited to see Epic III!! Thank you for all you do Caroline!!

Excited to do this however sad it's almost over 🥺 loved Epic Heat sooo much!! Don't want it to end! Before starting the epic programmes I could not run to my local shop however now I can easily do 5k! I started only lifting 6kg now for arms I can lift 12kg and legs 15kg! My fitness levels have increased so much! Thank you Caroline 😊 enjoy everyone!

This and Fridays session were EPIC!! Caroline you have changed my outlook on working out. I used to want that skinny waste and big booty. Now I do it for health and to get stronger. I know it all takes time but I'm using my 12lb dumbbells more and more... For this session I used my 8lb so I can get some speed. I have enjoyed all of the epic programs. I can't wait to see what you have inspired for us next, I hope I am not asking too much of you in continuing these sessions... While we are on break after next week, im going to do combination sessions from all and just rotate them... A big thank you from the bottom of my ❤. I appreciate you for all of this. Hello everyone and happy Friday! Its going to be a warm, hot, day today, 90%!!! Holy moly…I’ve enjoyed Caroline’s HIIT sessions more than ever. I’ve done HIIT but they are not the same. Lately I’ve been doing Epic I or II in the morning and Epic Heat in the evening. My husband joins me, but he does his bowflex. Every time he sees a new video he is impressed of the video quality (his profession is video editing and cameraman) and say, she does put in time to make these videos. Caroline you make us feel special 🤩. You are simply the best! 💕

I had to wait until 5pm today to do this, as had a few glasses of wine last night that left me shady today. It took a lot to get myself together to do it. But now feel awesome and back to 110%. Thanks Caroline! I really hope after this Epic is finished, you still give us these 30-40 minute sessions, as find (especially on work days) they are so much easier to fit in the day, and also leave time to go for a run/walk as well. Its so much easier to get in to a healthy routine when the goals feel do-able. Sometimes the 1 hour sessions just felt too daunting to try and squeeze in a work day, so it was easier to find a reason to skip them. But I can never find an excuse to skip 30 minutes. Even hungover today!
Next up EPIC Limitless??? Just a suggestion for summer. Thank you Caroline for sharing your time, energy, and amazing creativity with us. We don't take it for granted and are learning and loving our bodies more and more because of your positive influence 💛
Loved that today, used 7.5kgs and definitely that was perfect to get the heart rate up and keep the intensity up. Loved the shoulder work and also the pushups over the DB that was a great addition. I had to have emergency surgery 6 weeks ago that left me unable to exercise or run (two huge passions of mine) for a long time. I was in the middle of Epic II and was devastated that I wouldn’t be able to finish it through. Last week I was cleared to jog and today was the first day I could lift weights and do hiit. So excited to be back, and looking forward to starting the next Epic program. In the meantime, this workout kicked my booty !!!!

Everyone else is sad but I’m excited because I joined the program in the second to last week lol. So I’m happy to have caught it in time to start a new journey with you guys. Something I really like about Caroline is that she programs deloading into her routines. It’s very important to drop weight down at times to lessen the stress to your muscles. Less injuries and better results later.

Thhis was not easy, but - with the exception of the last 2 or 3 sets of squat to press - I really enjoyed this. I worked with a heavier weight than I ordinarily would have today and I proised myself that I would do the whole workout with it, even if that meant hvaing to stop during active intervals. I'm proud to have finfished and, for the first time in a LONG while, I actually feel pretty good about what I've accomplished and what my body is now capable of. Thank you so much, Caroline. I spent the first two decades of my life feeling really physically limited and incapable. Your workouts still aska lot of me, but I'm so happy to be moving like this and enjoying my body. Caroline is Epic , dynamic, and insanely fast. 👍🏼 I went through the video briefly, and I asked myself, do you really have to do this now? I didn't have to, but I wanted to. 🖐 And Caroline didn't promise too much, it was really all there, even my abs exrcises and one of the highlight , over dumpel burpees , or bunny hops Caroline, that was one of the best HIT videos for me, just great . I think I said several times already 🤗 I am exhausted,, but super happy and satisfied. 😂 And no, we don't worry about the last Epic Heat week starting tomorrow, because we will surely reach our limits and have fun, I am full of confidence.💗

My second time around with Epic Heat and altho at 75 this was seriously challenging I managed it with the modifications and longer rests. As always when it is over I feel so proud of myself and my strength and balance are working for me after two years doing Caroline's workouts. Thank you Caroline- pushing to the final week and 76 in June!!!
I never comment on workouts, bur I've never felt so strong in my whole life. and not because of my figure or how good I was at lifting weights today, but because of my endurance. I had a terrible night of sleep and I'm on my period, woke up 3 hours late and felt extremely fatigued, I thought I wouldn't make it. The workout itself was terribly executed hahaha; I was so tired and felt terrible, but I pushed through my limits and I made it till the end, I actually thought I would quit and I'm so surprised that I didn't. I never feel like this and I'm always really resistent and able to do intensity workouts, when I'm on my 🔴🔴🔴 I never feel like myself, but today I did because of caroline 💞

I will miss having fresh workouts. But Caroline has SUCH a lot of content. There is always something new and challenging to try. Wether we have just 15 minutes to train or an hour. Wether we have dumbbells and a lot of space; or no equipment and cannot make noise.

After having lost over 50 lbs in the last few years through healthy eating and exercise, I have finally worked up the courage to have an abdominoplasty to remove my excess skin. I am sad that I will not finish Epic Heat as my surgery is scheduled this coming Wednesday.😢 Bear in mind I am no spring chicken with my being almost 52 years old!😂 Anyway, I have been following Caroline’s Epic programs since August 2020, so I know that I am in the best possible physical condition (that, and doctor’s approval) to face this challenge. Thank you Caroline for enabling me to be my fittest and thank you for that beautiful, encouraging smile. Can’t wait to get back to fitness in 4-6 weeks! 😁 Hope to see you all then, still going strong! 💕

I can't say enough about this whole program! I discovered Caroline last December and I haven't stopped yet! I started out using 3 and 5 lb weights and now I'm up to 15 and 20 lbs dropping down to 12lbs on the lateral raises where I use to use the 3lbs! As a nurse, these workouts have helped clear my head when needed! I hope you continue on with these fantastic workouts! I am super excited to see Epic III!! Thank you for all you do Caroline!!

WOW...How does Caroline make these exercises look so easy and her endurance is unbelievable.
Excited to do this however sad it's almost over 🥺 loved Epic Heat sooo much!! Don't want it to end! Before starting the epic programmes I could not run to my local shop however now I can easily do 5k! I started only lifting 6kg now for arms I can lift 12kg and legs 15kg! My fitness levels have increased so much! Thank you Caroline 😊 enjoy everyone!

This and Fridays session were EPIC!! Caroline you have changed my outlook on working out. I used to want that skinny waste and big booty. Now I do it for health and to get stronger. I know it all takes time but I'm using my 12lb dumbbells more and more... For this session I used my 8lb so I can get some speed. I have enjoyed all of the epic programs. I can't wait to see what you have inspired for us next, I hope I am not asking too much of you in continuing these sessions... Hello everyone and happy Friday! Its going to be a warm, hot, day today, 90%!!! Holy moly…I’ve enjoyed Caroline’s HIIT sessions more than ever. I’ve done HIIT but they are not the same. Lately I’ve been doing Epic I or II in the morning and Epic Heat in the evening. My husband joins me, but he does his bowflex. Every time he sees a new video he is impressed of the video quality (his profession is video editing and cameraman) and say, she does put in time to make these videos. Caroline you make us feel special 🤩. You are simply the best! 💕

I had to wait until 5pm today to do this, as had a few glasses of wine last night that left me shady today. It took a lot to get myself together to do it. But now feel awesome and back to 110%. Thanks Caroline! I really hope after this Epic is finished, you still give us these 30-40 minute sessions, as find (especially on work days) they are so much easier to fit in the day, and also leave time to go for a run/walk as well. Its so much easier to get in to a healthy routine when the goals feel do-able. Sometimes the 1 hour sessions just felt too daunting to try and squeeze in a work day, so it was easier to find a reason to skip them. But I can never find an excuse to skip 30 minutes. Even hungover today!

Well this certainly warmed me up quick after a cold morning here in Sydney!! I am so glad Caroline's HIIT work outs are one day a week ATM. I loved this (except for the squat to press!!). Cannot believe we are almost to the end of HEAT!!!!

I stopped going Gym after Caroline workouts Erin.. Just buying dumbles instead of membership... Going to add additional more weights in next EPIC series... Each day we are getting new workout season which we can't do in gym too..

I had to have emergency surgery 6 weeks ago that left me unable to exercise or run (two huge passions of mine) for a long time. I was in the middle of Epic II and was devastated that I wouldn’t be able to finish it through. Last week I was cleared to jog and today was the first day I could lift weights and do hiit. So excited to be back, and looking forward to starting the next Epic program. In the meantime, this workout kicked my booty !!!!

Loved the 22 minutes of sweaty heart pounding cardio. The lunges were killer and the finisher. Now my shoulders are fried!

Everyone else is sad but I’m excited because I joined the program in the second to last week lol. So I’m happy to have caught it in time to start a new journey with you guys. Something I really like about Caroline is that she programs deloading into her routines. It’s very important to drop weight down at times to lessen the stress to your muscles. Less injuries and better results later.
I love how Caroline is so strong and yet so cute and girlie matching the colors.

Thhis was not easy, but - with the exception of the last 2 or 3 sets of squat to press - I really enjoyed this. I worked with a heavier weight than I ordinarily would have today and I proised myself that I would do the whole workout with it, even if that meant hvaing to stop during active intervals. I'm proud to have finfished and, for the first time in a LONG while, I actually feel pretty good about what I've accomplished and what my body is now capable of.
Thank you so much, Caroline. I spent the first two decades of my life feeling really physically limited and incapable. Your workouts still aska lot of me, but I'm so happy to be moving like this and enjoying my body.

I agree! I thought there was too much lower body considering my butt and legs were sore going into this workout. But that’s my only complaint.

I recovered this today.... Awesome to say the least🌟🌟... One of my favorites🤩 .... I will definitely do it again, I used 4.5 kg to stimulate the muscle but also have agility! Fantastic Caroline, thank you for this 😘

Okay I do the Caroline's Sunday HIT every Sunday morning and this one was especially tough. Or maybe it's me idk. I really didn't want to stop during the finisher so I kept pushing and I almost threw up lol. But I feel so good now, it's so satisfying. Thank you Caroline for helping me to challenge myself ♥

My second time around with Epic Heat and altho at 75 this was seriously challenging I managed it with the modifications and longer rests. As always when it is over I feel so proud of myself and my strength and balance are working for me after two years doing Caroline's workouts. Thank you Caroline- pushing to the final week and 76 in June!!!

I never comment on workouts, bur I've never felt so strong in my whole life. and not because of my figure or how good I was at lifting weights today, but because of my endurance. I had a terrible night of sleep and I'm on my period, woke up 3 hours late and felt extremely fatigued, I thought I wouldn't make it. The workout itself was terribly executed hahaha; I was so tired and felt terrible, but I pushed through my limits and I made it till the end, I actually thought I would quit and I'm so surprised that I didn't. I never feel like this and I'm always really resistent and able to do intensity workouts, when I'm on my 🔴🔴🔴 I never feel like myself, but today I did because of caroline 💞
