so your 19th episode is Wizard and Glass, the book in which 19 is brought forth as one of the most powerful symbols in the series. Smooth, fellas.Veeeeeeery smooth.
I'm still at the ritual of the clearing of the customs lol I just heard you guys say if I'm not subscribed yet, well why not?! Now I am, of course, what a fool lol Guys, it's great fun so far! More laughs than I expected 😁 Long days and pleasant nights 🌹
Scott... I just noticed what you did with this episode's title in particular. You utter madman. Matt hasn't gotten to when that's important yet! I hope you mention what you did when you get to the place in (this book? it might be in the next one, I can't remember) the series where it becomes important.
I remember reading this several years ago and being on the edge of my seat, so frustrated with Eddie that I could hardly stand it and sitting and watching Roland and Jake with hope and fear for the ka-tet. So, surprisingly, I identified the most with Susannah in these chapters, which to me, gave her a very central role, despite not doing very much here. I think, even if she isn't being used to propel the plot forward, the story would fall flat in my head without her, and for that reason, I like to think she has a very central role in this telling of the story.
I love that! Perhaps the reason I keep seeing Susan sidelined is that as a white man, she's the character I have the least in common with and I'm being a bit uncharitable to King here. I love seeing the different perspectives of different readers.
Disagree... it is a more shared moon, in midworld the moon's magicks are still visible.. here on Keystone earth we just feel the tides but can no longer see the magicks cause the world has moved on.
@@DoofMedia just found 'episode 19' while starting book 4 of the series, jackass. It's entitled Wizard and Glass Audiobook, sorry I didn't want to listen to you ramble for even 20 seconds, you're boring. I wouldn't thought that was evident by you're insanely long channel and video count, and equally as insanely low interactions. 🖕

Do you guys actually read the book...? Or, just, talk about it...
Incredible comment to make on episode 19 of a podcast that explains exactly what it is in the first 20 seconds of every episode. Bravo.
