Could I used biscoff spread instead of Nutella because I am allergic to nuttela or any other spread we could use in this recipe.❤ please

Ciao e benvenuta! Il latte più l’aceto insieme fanno il “buttermilk” (in italiano sarebbe il “latticello” ma nei supermercati italiani non si trova in vendita). Il latticello avendo un certo grado di acidità, serve a dare maggior lievitazione e morbidezza agli impasti: l’aceto reagisce col bicarbonato di sodio (che al suo contrario é una sostanza a Ph basico) creando anidride carbonica che serve appunto per far lievitare e rendere morbidi gli impasti.
Ti lascio qualche consiglio per il ripieno: usa una dose generosa di Nutella e ricorda di non cuocere troppo i muffins altrimenti la Nutella tenderà a seccarsi e non resterà cremosa; considera anche che essendo più pesante dell’impasto, la Nutella tende a precipitare sul fondo dei muffins quindi non spingere il ripieno troppo in basso. Buona infornata! 😘
