I want to check out Leif's big board once its constructed... btw, the St. Joseph's prediction was looking fantastic. Texas really came back... Btw, checked out Raf's big board... interesting, I like it - but couldn't help wonder if MikeJones influenced the Cedric Coward spot...

VJ Edgecombe is a more athletic Avery Bradley

Not really. AB was a freak athlete too. But saying he's a 6'3" Avery Bradley isn't far off. And a 6'3" Avery Bradley is a damn good player. People used to say if only AB wasn't 6'1". Well, that's what we have in Edgecomb. Maybe not quite an all-star but certainly on the fringe. He'll be in the same tier as guys like Green, Bane, Sharpe, Oladipo, etc if he reaches his potential. It's worth taking a chance on in the lottery imho

I would definitely give him a comp of Avery Bradley and Bruce Brown.

The 2024 class is actually under rated and 2025 over rated. All these guys in america play similar and need development. Vj is a dsj type imo

Basically if vj isnt a true true lover of ball then hard pass bc his natural feel for ball isnt there. Way too much emphasis on athletic ability to ball iq and ability. Every year same mistake.

poor Leif, and so many other self-proclaimed draft "experts" desperately clinging to the "2024 is one of the weakest draft classes ever". It'll never not be funny. Eventually they'll be forced to come around but not until they move the goalposts several times and even then they'll use the "who could have seen it?" or "the draft is an inexact science" excuse. lmao

comparatively, last year's draft class wasn't that great - and I'm no expert - but I'm confident about that one. Sure, somebody will do something, but there was no cream of the crop tier 1 group or even prospect in that class. This one whoever ends up in the lottery will likely be pretty good the way it's going atm. It's too bad you have to hate on a guy like Leif, he's pretty good at what he does imo. Nobody's right every time, but I watch the show because I like the panels. I even like chatting with some of the fellow subscribers at times... What's your beef? I don't get it...

@@norrinradd542 you, Leif everyone else will be proven wrong per usual. You laughably judge it weak because it lacks the sure-fire elite talent at top but that is not all draft classes are made up. It has incredible depth and will provide as many if not more, quality NBA starters compared to most classes. Let's face it, you and most casuals get their opinions from guys like Leif who in turn gets his opinions from frauds like Vecenie and Givony. I don't fault you. Just don't cry when you're called out on it

@@robitaillecopeland1996 the average draft class has roughly 30ish impactful guys. Then they have guys that didn't make it or has a successful career elsewhere. This draft class has closer to 40ish or evn 50ish prospects I think will be impactful plus everyone else. AND even the everyone else will do ok. But to not have an elite level prospect/s at the top of a draft is a disadvantage of the buzz around the draft itself and even getting a top pick. On top of that, the draft before was Wemby. C'mon - Wemby! And before that was a pretty good draft where Paolo is looking like the bigger version of Tatum Raf called that year and Chet make OKC better... Laugh all you want, but one day when we've seen this class 10 years down the road there's going to be about 100ish players from this class where 30ish are impactful, however the top of the class will be lucky to be as impactful as this years' top 10-15 players. I have my own opinion, definitely don't go by what Givony says and find myself often agreeing with Leif. It's called being open minded about other perspectives. I watch enough to have my own opinion btw, not following your so called frauds. I just don't get why you go out of your way to hate on a channel. If you don't like it - don't listen.
