i'm going to share the poem I wrote to my friends when we were baking them up north in ontario amish country last week: butter tarts that ooey gooey treat, butter tarts with crust so flakey and so sweet, butter tarts with nuts or raisins too, butter tarts, oh butter tarts I hope I get a few thx marie
looks delish.you need to be on the butter tart trail that we have in Ontario here. .just made some last week but cooking them on a wood burning stove was a little tricky..thx marie
