- An extremely handsome, grade II listed, late Georgian country house stands on around 24 acres a couple of miles north of the very attractive, sought after village of Moulton with its primary school and village shops, and about 7 miles east of the pretty, market town of Spalding where there are further excellent schools and a wealth of shops, sports clubs and amenities.

As impressing as the helicopter arrival (and leave) is, but the rest of the video is not particularly informative. The camera rushes randomly through the house without showing details which might be interesting for a potential buyer or in general for the viewer. Less helicopter and more pictures of the property might be an idea for the next production!

I can't believe this presentation, all you did was show the grounds and the cricket pitch, what about the interior, and then at the end you say, "Hope you enjoyed the tour", What tour?
I guess their thinking is you can pause the video if you want to see the rooms. I know what you mean tho, the 5 minute fly bus are useless. I’ve watched a few of those.

Trust me to notice but did ya see the horses doo daa hanging loose as he was walked out the stable to the outdoor school. Not a good thing to have on a public video. I didn’t know there was such a thing as ‘horsey porn’ lol
