It is a large watch for sure. Personally I like larger style watches understandably they are not for everyone! The idea and usefulness of the product will be great for traveling for me!
My question would be: How does it feel while wearing gloves? Of course, this late in the year it might be hard to get an impression while riding. I can't wear a watch while riding because the glove won't go over my watch. As thick as that watch is, seems to be the same issue. But it really is a cool idea/product. Until you have to take the bike into the shop. lol
That’s what the second fob is for! It would be a little tough with gauntlet gloves tight around it. Short gloves it wouldn’t be a problem at all. I will use it for traveling for sure!
Did you watch the video? The guts from the fob are removed and placed in the watch. Essentially the watch becomes the fob. Works exactly the same but it’s on your wrist instead of your pocket. The components of the fob remain intact.
Producers as of today ask 295.-$ for this really huge piece of plastic with a leather strap and a probably not too expensive quartz movement... although the idea is kind of cool, I personally would not spend that much money for it!
I don’t disagree that the price is a bit off. The convenience is really nice for traveling. I believe that they have a premium version coming out soon.
they need a way to make it thinner and at this price point it should have been(plus the option of different faces, band options), what they should have done, is rather than inserts that match the fob they should have done different casebacks to match the fob which would reduce size. the thinner the watch the easier it would be to wear under a jacket or gloves in bad weather, love the idea but wish it had a better execution
They wanted to get the idea to market...in upcoming versions you will see some refinement of the product and a move in many of the directions your speaking too.
Awesome idea but the price! its just a watch. watches at wal mart do more for 30 bucks. all this one does is hold a fob you took apart. if it was a smart watch then yes id understand but this is just a watch. i bet it doesnt have a light to see the time in the dark lol. i was amazed then saw the price and threw up i my mouth.
Don’t bother with this terrible quality piece unless you can get it for a significant discount. Everything about this piece screams low quality and I mean everything, even the “genuine leather” band is made poorly cause it’s too fat to change without it being a PIA. This is a $99 piece RETAIL at best.

If your used to using and wearing a large watch I’d say yes. If your not then it might seem a little cumbersome.

Where is watch battery? How long it will be lasted?
