These are the fluffiest vegan chocolate cupcakes to ever exist. They're moist, decadent, rich, and unbelievably easy too. You don't even need a vegan egg replacement. Based off of my vegan chocolate cake, you're going to LOVE these cupcakes!

your batter starts out so dry making it so hard to whisk. Why not just add the liquid in as you whisk?
