Excellent video, really clear! I spent hours unsuccessfully trying to do this myself but in ten minutes with your video I got the job done perfectly. A huge thank you.
OMG, I’m struggling for almost two weeks now because I can’t figure out how to export and import my local files! You are indeed a saviour and oh I I’ve just noticed you’ve made this video 4 years ago but still works!! Thank you 🙏
You have just succeeded in successfully explaining and showing in less than 10 minutes what I have spent WEEKS trying to accomplish with my host provider's tech support, with other YT vids, and with a LOT of frustration to no avail. You are THE MAN! Thank you! Subscribed!
Thank you so much! I spent all day trying to migrate my site from local to live using a different plugin until I found this tutorial. Much appreciation!!
OMG ! I completely transferred my website to Live hosting. I was having a very tense condition as I didn't find any way of migration. Thank you so much you make me feel happy. You're great indeed. SUBSCRIBED
Worked a treat for me! Thanks so much! One tip you gave that was especially helpful to me was the one about using the credentials from the local site and not the credentials from the public site when logging in after restoring the upload.
Again! After having seen some other tutorials that didn't do the job. WPCrafter helped me once again! He also mentions the downsides of some software (file size capacity for example). Thanks!

Ive been looking for this so long ago, damn man this is why I always trust all your tutorials and content, tried on a website from local to a hosting and worked like a charm
A BIG Thanks to you man! I'm glad i found your video. I came here after trying all-in-one and other methods as well but couldn't make it. You're the saviour man! Thanks a lot 💖
Thank you so much! This video is amazing, I did the process in 1h. Everything went smoothly and didn't need to make any arrangements. Other channels were recommending using All In One Plugin but it is very limited with the uploading size. Thanks again!
Awesome, I spent 2 days with other plugins and FTP solutions. This is easy and intuitive. Always got stuck on the DB restore part and which login to use. Great job
I have been following you for a while. I have created my first WP site after watching your video and now you have showed me to migrate my site from Localhost to live environment. Thanks a lot Sir✌🏻
Great follow up video. With the new ShortPixel features reviewed in your other video to this new WPVivid Plugin, it has been an exciting week in WordPress.
Excellent Tutorial. I was caught in the All-in-One WP Migration trap that you mentioned whereby my site was over the MB limit. This little tutorial made the migration simple! Thanks so much for the non-techie walk through.
hey Lisa, did you also get issue with URL, when i click on any product it doesn't recognize and gives me error. The requested URL was not found on this server.
Thanks so much for your tutorial!!! So much better than the Duplicator method which just would not work for me after two days of trying. Your way worked beautifully. Thanks again.
thank you very much sir your video helped a lot in making live my first site I am really thank full to you from the depth of my heart sir once again thank you very much
This worked perfectly for me. I uploaded my local site to a staging site on Site Ground. I'd been trying to do this manually and only partially succeeded - I got the site up but it wasn't pulling in the styles and I couldn't access the admin panel. Anyway, this worked GREAT. In the meanwhile I'm going to analyze the files on my hosting site to see where I might have made a mistake doing it manually. Thanks!!! :)
sir you r awesome, i was searching a strong alternative of all in one migration plugin and i just found it in your vidoe ......thank you so much . I also mashed the like and subscribed button...
Thank you for suggesting WPvivid; worked on the first try. I'm used to using All-in-One WP migration, but that plugin now somehow always gets stuck at 100% when importing, and their suggested solutions to this problem didn't work for me.
added to my previous comment. Adam you really should test this. ALl in one worked like a charm on Cloudways, with no added cost. I checked again your recommendation failed to mimic the site...even though it said it was done.
Hello, thank you so much for the helpful tips. I almostttt completed it successfully. My website is live, looks just like it's suppose to except it's missing my homepage header picture, another picture, and when I click on linked items it's a 404 unfound page. I'm trying to check the links and edit them with Elementor, but Elementor won't load at allll. I'm not sure what to do. Any advice?
can i migrate my elementor content, wp form 7 and rest of the plugins with this? along with my media library? Is it same like all in one? Having little doubt about as your site didn't have any plugins included.
First off I would like to thank you for helping me with getting my wordpress site up and running. I ran into a lot of problems downloading my site after backup, My Mac takes the zip and automatically opens it and the files are in download folder and throws out the original in trash. something for Mac users to know. I spent 4 hours trying to figure out why my site would not upload the backup after. I found that removing plugins I didn't need rite away saved a lot less space and eventually it could upload. I did leave element or and ssl on there while transferring.
Hi, I have a problem, I dont have those options for restore. It says this message: max_allowed_packet = 10 MB is too small. The recommended value is 16M or higher. Too small value could lead to a failure when importing a larger database.
Hi there, thank you very much for your clear, useful video. I have a trouble: The site content to be transferred is in my computer. I had cloned it by WinHTTrack Website Copier. So I don't know how to get in to the dashboard? Can you tell me how to proceed?
How do I merge the product pages or website the is offline or local with the information already on website.. Is there a merge option when restoring from backup. Thanks for the help.
I just uploaded and restored from LOCAL, all menus are working very well, except my HOME page. It shoes the default "Hello World" page that comes with Wordpress. What could be wrong?
I have a question about this! Can you reverse it, as in go from live to local? I tried but my live version of the WPvivid Backup is showing contents in both Part 1 and Part 2 of the download (instead of just 1 download). I am still learning lots of basics so I hope I have articulated my query alright...
This did not work for me. Everything seemed as though it was working like you said. However, once I clicked to view my site, it was the same one that was there before. Also, the choice to keep the website url the same is no longer an option. What else can I do?
Thanks very much. Works very well. BUT be sure to disable some plugin's before backing up an online copy for local use. Hostgator's plugin which is automatically installed and ACTIVATED on new sites really screws up your local WP install!!! 😫
I have a website backup created with All in One but can no longer import it to my local pc due to All on one's limit, when I did an up date to All in one. Can you help, I am desperate as the site was hacked.
Hi. Great tutorial. I’ve developed my site locally on my Synology NAS and want to now migrate it to SiteGround. Locally I’ve used MariaDB but SiteGround uses MySQL. How do I proceed?
That's the easiest way I've found to do this!!! Well doneee!!!! I'm going to try it your way! A -maybe silly- question, though.... When you do the migration and get back to login to the wordpress account, do you still use the username and password you had at your local? ???? I mean, I saw you did this the first time but... what about all the following times you will have to connect to your live website??? Could you give me some insights? I really have to know today as I don't want to do anything stupid. THANK YOU!!!
I have a question does the restore cover things like plugins, themes that you had on your local host....will they be automatically set on your hosting company or will you have to manually install all of this plugins?...and if so does that mean when you upload your website without having certain plugins some features used on your locally made website wount be shown?...
Thank you 🙏
Thank you so much .... this plugin is working .. i m wasting 6 hr for this. and watch your video solve in 20 min. thanks a lot...
You have just succeeded in successfully explaining and showing in less than 10 minutes what I have spent WEEKS trying to accomplish with my host provider's tech support, with other YT vids, and with a LOT of frustration to no avail. You are THE MAN! Thank you! Subscribed!

Good point. I haven't tried the Migration tool yet but noticed that same important info in the video.
Absolutely loved it. Successfully migrated my website from local to live. All-in-one migration did not work. But this did. Amazing.
Happy to hear!
It WORKS!!!!!! I'm so excited! My 1st migration!
You make it so easy!! Thank YOU!!
Not sure why anyone would thumbs down your videos. Thanks again for all your hard work to make ours just a bit easier.
A BIG Thanks to you man!
I'm glad i found your video.
I came here after trying all-in-one and other methods as well but couldn't make it.
You're the saviour man!
Thanks a lot 💖

Yea thats so old school, glad you found my video.
I was dealing with all in one and got a lot of errors till I found your tutorial. Thanks man you save my life
Great tutorial- thank you!
A huge THANK YOU! you simplified something that otherwise would have robed of time, money, and peace. Excellent presentation. Subscribed!
Awesome, I spent 2 days with other plugins and FTP solutions. This is easy and intuitive. Always got stuck on the DB restore part and which login to use. Great job
This method worked flawlessly to move my site from my computer (using bitnami) to Site ground. Thank you!
Awesome, worked first time transferring backup from local host to host provider with WPvivid...👍
I have been following you for a while. I have created my first WP site after watching your video and now you have showed me to migrate my site from Localhost to live environment. Thanks a lot Sir✌🏻
All bases covered.
I was trying to use All-in-One and have the limit issue. This really help me. Thank you so much!
Great follow up video. With the new ShortPixel features reviewed in your other video to this new WPVivid Plugin, it has been an exciting week in WordPress.
It's just beginning! New free CartFlows is coming. Free cart abandonment recovery is coming. So many things.
@@WPCrafter Looking forward to this for sure!

hey Lisa, did you also get issue with URL, when i click on any product it doesn't recognize and gives me error. The requested URL was not found on this server.
I watched a couple of your posts, easy to follow and great content. I subscribed
Thanks so much for your tutorial!!! So much better than the Duplicator method which just would not work for me after two days of trying. Your way worked beautifully. Thanks again.
Just saw this again today. Wonderful video and plugin. Thanks.
Earned a subscription! Helpful tips and assisted with my migration. Thank you!
This helped me so much! Way better than All-In-One and super easy!🤟🏼
Thank you Adam for a super easy process. I used it to copy my live site to local (using flywheel) so I could make a testing site. :)
Able to migrate a large website with this method. Thank you so much!!!
I honestly love you man. You saved me. All in one really wasn't working. I appreciate you man, God bless 🙏
I truly admire how consistently and professionally WPCrafters presents it's videos. And the topics are always relevant. Well done!
Thanks so much for this. Will be giving it a go in the next week or so!
Yet another example of Adam thinking what I need to know before I knew it. Very useful.
Thanks Kevin!
Nice one - thanks! Saved me some time, very well explained.

I also try to find it
Found it: ua-cam.com/video/7pISvhK4Iys/v-deo.html
Yes it was my video from yesterday.
Thank you for suggesting WPvivid; worked on the first try. I'm used to using All-in-One WP migration, but that plugin now somehow always gets stuck at 100% when importing, and their suggested solutions to this problem didn't work for me.
Oh that's awesome to hear!
Now both WPvivid and All-in-one migration get stuck at 0%
I've tried a few times now and it keeps timing out on the backup stage. Got to try a few more times I think and hopefully it'll work.
Wow sir..that was very easy and enjoyable...thank's

Thanks, you are absolutely right about Allinone plugin. Squeezing for money. Time wasting.
Yea had a bad experience with them.
Hi, I have a problem, I dont have those options for restore. It says this message: max_allowed_packet = 10 MB is too small. The recommended value is 16M or higher. Too small value could lead to a failure when importing a larger database.

Good work bro!
I don't know how to thank you but I'm lucky to see this video.
Awesome, thank you very much!
Thank you very much, Adam! You are my go to source when I need help.
Thank you so much! This worked great.

Muchas gracias Amigo! Salvaste a mi web de tener que pagar dinero por el limite de capacidad (estoy tratando de crear algo grande)
I just uploaded and restored from LOCAL, all menus are working very well, except my HOME page. It shoes the default "Hello World" page that comes with Wordpress. What could be wrong?

Hello, Thank you for the great video. Can I now what is the maximum file size for this plugin?
do you need to have same WordPress version on both?
