i just got back from this resort today and it was my favorite resort i’ve ever stayed at!! we walked to disney springs every night after dinner and a few times we ate dinner there. 100% give this place a 1000000/10
We go to Disney every year. We were unable to go this summer due to financial issues. We really want to go and we normally stay at Disney Resorts for the early or after hours. But $500 a night is still too much for us. I’m so happy I found this! This gives us so much of a better opportunity to go with the hotel price and there’s still a Disney connection.
I’m so happy this was helpful! It’s been a long time since I made this video. In case I missed it, there is a resort fee around $30-35 per night. So make sure you factor that in! Also check Drury. They’re new. They give discounts and no resort fee. Here’s the tour - ua-cam.com/video/1DPDw-09nXU/v-deo.htmlsi=R7YkOb-htV_hRVaA
I know you made this video over a year ago but it's still great and very helpful! OMG about the Wyndham in Disney Springs not going below 70 degrees. I like a nice cool room when I sleep as well so that's definitly a turn off. One thing that's also a bonus about booking here is the very generous cancelation policy. If you book the flexible member rate (it's free to join), there is no penalty to cancel your reservation as long as you do so by 6pm hotel time the night before check-in. For someone planning a trip in February from up north, this is amazing!
If you go here regularly could you maybe do an update with the fireworks transportation and where they are now past covid? Thanks so much I really enjoy your videos and if you could do more holiday inns that would be appreciated
Check out my tour of Wyndham. It’s the same bus service and I remembered to explain it with screen recordings in that video! ua-cam.com/video/noG4fMUVJRo/v-deo.html
Hello, I've only just discovered your wonderful channel. This is a lovely hotel to stay at, I last stayed here just over twenty years ago when it was known as the Courtyard by Marriot. From your little tour I noticed a few differences, mainly on the ground floor level. When I was there last, the central atrium area was more like a lounge and the restaurant was in another location, it also seems smaller in this video. The hotel room however is just like I remember.
Good hotel we stay there all the time when visiting Orlando from the UK. Nice friendly and accommodating staff (no pun intended). Rooms are comfortable and inviting.
I love the "Throw it in the Hole" Game! I have not stayed at any Hotel Plaza Blvd. hotels yet. I went to a wedding at one once. The Holiday Inn looks nice. Great benefits.
@@MagicalHijinx I don’t remember. It was inside and the hotel rooms went up around the lobby. I think there was a waterfall inside or some water feature. Leaving Disney Springs it was on the right side of Hotel Plaza. About 3 or 4 hotels down.
hello, thanks for great video it helped me a lot! i’m just curious if there is any area that provides hot water as i was going to bring cup noodles for breakfast🤔
How long of a walk to Disney Springs? I am in a mobility scooter so around five minutes I'm assuming? What would you say is quieter the tower room or the garden rooms? I don't like lots of noise or kids screaming. Lol Thank you for the great video.
It’s no longer fast passes. It’s Genie+ a totally different system starting at $15 per ticket per day. It’s constantly changing but here is how to use it ua-cam.com/video/yLn7R5v0QVA/v-deo.html
No it’s a different bus service, but it’s drops you off and picks you up in the same area as the disney buses do. I did forget to mention that you do have to sign up for a bus time slot to be pick up from the hotel but you don’t to be picked up from the parks.
This will be are second trip to Disney first one in May we stay at hard rock but in October we stay somewhere a little cheaper thinking about this one or maybe Dockside ( universal) any thoughts?
I love both! It really depends on if you want. If you want to be closer to the parks and get some benefits, then you’ll want this hotel, but you’ll end up paying more. If you want a more Resort vibe with an awesome pool and better price, but 20-25 minutes away, then Dockside. It really depends. Here’s my tour of Dockside, to help you decide! ua-cam.com/video/NvXYMRrtCBs/v-deo.html
Hi We've booked in at the Wyndham Gardens for September for my husbands 50th birthday, thinking it was the best hotel in the area for a moderate price. We've just watched your video from a month ago at Wyndham and it's put us off!! Thinking of changing to here. I have a couple of questions: 1) How much is the tax per night? 2) You said you have to book to go on their shuttle bus service TO the parks but not to come back. Do you mean you don't need to book a return time? I'm a bit confused as thought they used the same service as Wyndham but on their app you have to book a return time. Finally. how long does it take to walk to Disney Springs from this hotel please? Thank you!!!
1. I looked at for when I booked 3 nights and the total tax was $69.50 2. When I filmed this I think the bus was different. It’s exactly the same bus system as the Wyndham so check out how I did it in that video 3. 10 min or less walk to Disney Springs depending how fast you are! I just posted the Hilton Disney Springs, if you want to check out that review as well. Hope this helps! ua-cam.com/video/LQb5iTnAguo/v-deo.html
Hi I have watching all your videos love them!!! But I need your help I want to go the week of Dec 15until 23 and I have seen your videos Now I travel alone not interested in the pool or not so much the common are more my security and peace of mind I have always stay at the all star Movie's since they open but for this time period they have price me out!! So what would be your best recommendation Thank u so much 😊❤️
Well the All Stars are the cheapest on property options, and then this is the next cheapest to receive on property benefits. If you need something cheaper, then I’d suggest finding a close by off property hotel!
You sign up for a bus slot to go to the parks on their website, but just wait at the bus stop they tell you to wait at to go back to the hotel and don’t sign up on the way back
Yes you can! This is an official Walt Disney Resort. People get this confused with good neighbor hotels. This is NOT a good neighbor. This is an official hotel.
@@MagicalHijinx I know this is not a good neighbor hotel. well I asked because I called Disney and they said yes. Then I callesd the holiday inn directly and they said no. Then I looked at Disney's website and it only mentions the Swan and, Dolphin as the other non official Disney hotels that provide 7 am ILL access.
I believe so! I would double check about the garden rooms. I only stayed there once and I don’t remember 100% so I dont want to tell you wrong, so give them a call to check if you’re thinking about those rooms!
@@MagicalHijinx Will do! And thanks for this video! My family has been curious about the all the hotels on Hotel Plaza Blvd and thanks to this video, will now consider staying here!

Been eyeing this on the ihg app. Glad you've stayed there!
It’s a great option! Just be aware of the resort fee.

Is there any chance you could get a video of how the transportation works from a DS Resort? Great video!! Thanks!

I'll be visiting WDW for the first time in September and this video was super helpful in me making my decision to stay here! Thank you!
It’s my favorite Springs hotel, I hope you have a great time!
Staying here in 2 weeks I can’t wait
Have the best time!
Looks like a nice place to stay! Thanks for the tour Demi!
Thanks Nick!
Thanks Demi for the video tour of this Hotel its really a nice place to stay at nice rooms love the pool area
Thanks so much for watching!
So glad you made this video!! Will be there in a few weeks and can't wait to play the "throw it in the hole" game!! HAHAHHA!! 😉
Cornhole! 😂😂😂
I love the "Throw it in the Hole" Game! I have not stayed at any Hotel Plaza Blvd. hotels yet. I went to a wedding at one once. The Holiday Inn looks nice. Great benefits.
Was it at B resort? I know they do weddings and they really dipped in quality when I stayed last year

Thanks for the great video. Our family will be staying there in Thanksgiving so looking forward to it. Does the hotel have indoor pool?
Nope. I show the whole hotel.
Hi Demi is there near by restuarant
This is a 5-10 minute walk to disney springs and all the restaurants there!

Did some research on this, its anywhere from a 10 minute to 15 minute walk, depending on how fast you are. Hope that helps!
This is a really cool hotel!
My favorite in Springs!
Hi! Thank you for the video! Was wondering what's the food options like for this resort? Thank you!

Is there a jacuzzi by the pool?
Yes! My apologies, it was my mistake that I missed it!
Thank you for all the information! How much did you pay for fast passes?

What kind of room maybe require less walking to the lobby? Tower rooms or Garden rooms? Thanks
There’s really not too much walking at all but I guess tower is slightly closer
Demi, how does the shuttle service work? Did it have Disney buses before?

Great review! Would you happen to know if any of the rooms are “allergy” rooms. I need a room with no carpeting. Thanks for any help you can give me.
I have no idea about that. Definitely call the hotel and ask!
How long does it take to travel to Disney parks from here? Can we take transportation bus or Uber?
This is in Disney Springs so you’re not far from any parks and you can Uber or like I said in the video, use their shuttle service.
Is there a pool bar with food? Or is the only bar/restaurant inside?
I showed you everything. One bar/restaurant for the whole hotel. But as you saw it’s right near the pool.
What about the movie theater?
There is no movie theater here
